You will be working as a part of the Marketplace team with a functional reporting to the Lead of Analytics. Your mission will be to help the team to grow marketplace earnings and/or volumes within SLA constraints by continuously improving our base and dynamic pricing algorithms both for clients and couriers.
What you will do
• Build statistical, optimization, and machine learning models in base and dynamic pricing;

Required experience and skills

- Разрабатывать и внедрять алгоритмы оптимизации для объемно-календарного планирования.
- Осуществлять постановку и решение задач LP, NLP, определять целевые функции и ограничения.
- Автоматизировать планирование в промышленности или смежных областях.
- Работать с пакетами оптимизации (SciPy, Pyomo, CVXPY, OptaPlanner) и солверами (COBYLA, Ipopt и др.).
Требования:
- Опыт работы по функциональному направлению от 4-х лет.
- Знание языков программирования Python либо Java.

- Develop and implement solutions leveraging open-source large language models (LLMs) to work with formal languages.
- Fine-tune, customize, and optimize open-source LLMs for various applications, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
- Evaluate and compare different open-source LLM architectures to select the most suitable models
for given tasks.
- Integrate LLMs into existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Stay updated with advancements in the field of natural language processing (NLP) and open-source
LLMs, incorporating new methods and tools as appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
🔍Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in working with large language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, T5, BERT).
- At least 5 years of experience in Machine Learning or Natural Language Processing
