🇺🇦 Fake:
Ukrainian information resouses citing Vadim Denisenko – the adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine are spreading rumours that Russian troops are allegedly preparing to strike Kiev with the Tor and Tochka-U missile launchers.

🇷🇺 True:
Tochka-U missile launchers are no longer in use by the Russian Armed Forces, in fact they were decommissioned back in 2020. They were replaced by the latest Iskander-M operational-tactical missile systems. But Tochka-U are still being used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The picture shows exactly the Ukrainian equipment: you can clearly notice a “pixelated” camouflage and the absence of Russian tactical symbols.
Tor is an anti-aircraft missile system designed to hit an enemy aircraft, and is absolutely not suitable for targets on the ground.

📰 The Insider selflessly defends former Chancellor of Germany

The latest “fake anti-fake” of this pseudo-analytical website is laughable. Foreign agents from this online publication scrambled to exonerate Angela Merkel, who admitted the other day that the Minsk agreements were nothing but an “attempt to buy precious time for Ukraine” for it to “get stronger.”

These pitiful investigative journalists acted as PR pros for the former leader of the FRG, but upon careful examination, their piece actually affirms Germany's unseemly intentions with respect to carrying out the Package of Measures for implementing the Minsk Agreements.

In particular, The Insider acknowledges that Merkel made it clear that she had no illusions about the likelihood of achieving a lasting peace through the Minsk talks. But statements by this German politician when she was Federal Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany tell a different story:

💬 “The Minsk agreements are a good basis for a settlement”;
💬 “in the field of security policy in Europe, we must do our best, including the implementation of the Minsk [agreements]”;
💬 “despite the complexity of the situation, we must not lessen our efforts to implement the Minsk agreements”;
💬 “the Minsk agreements are the basis [of the settlement] and will remain such.”

❗️ Of the 13 provisions of the Package of Measures that are numbered in the order of implementation, the pseudo-analysts focused on the 10th provision and skipped the Kiev regime’s obligations with regard to the DPR and LPR that is had failed to honour.

In summary, one can only express gratitude to The Insider for unwittingly providing a useful service by debunking the hypocritical and false statements of Western politicians. Keep it up!

❗️ Oh, the tragedy: the Great Barrier Reef, eastern-southern Australia’s 🇦🇺 protection against disasters, has failed to prevent a tidal wave of overseas misinformation and propaganda.

While ignoring the facts and sound logic, the Australian media are planting Washington- and London-generated Russophobic narratives in the hope that the Australian public will fall for unfounded accusations and sheer fraud. As usual, there is a full set of hackneyed shibboleths: the omnipresent Russian hackers, oligarchs, and blood-thirsty Wagner mercenaries in Sudan.

Read in full

• We sympathise with the Australians, who are besieged by both cyber fraudsters and fraud-peddling "journalists".

• Take, for example, the story that unfolded before the eyes of the entire Australian nation. Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, landlord of Crissie Flanagan who owns of a popular Sidney restaurant, cut her rent by 25 percent because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Noble, isn’t it? The overjoyed restaurateur launched a full-blown election campaign for Albanese, then a prime ministerial candidate, picturing him as the most wonderful man in the world. Scratch my back, eh? Is it this private-public symbiosis that Russia should look up to?

• With prompting from its US, French and UK big brothers who are engrossed in an anti-Russia propaganda campaign in Africa, Australian journalists claimed that the Wagner group consisted of blood-thirsty mercenaries tearing Sudan apart and actually having the government under their thumb. For some mysterious reason the MSM never said anything of the kind about French, British, or Dutch private military companies. The Africans did though! So, the nervous Western neo-colonialists seem to be the only party lavishing criticism on PMC Wagner.

☝️ Generally, we must state that the Australian media are selflessly reproducing anti-Russia fakes, mimicking the US and UK press in an attempt to attract the flagging attention of the public at any cost.

FAKE:
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky claims that Russia targeted the Transfiguration Cathedral in #Odessa with an Kh-22 missile.

FACTS:
The Russian Armed Forces did not strike the Transfiguration Cathedral. Instead, evidence suggests that the damage to the cathedral was inflicted by a Ukrainian air defense missile. A detailed breakdown of the facts supporting this conclusion has been provided here (https://yangx.top/warfakes/16078).

Zelensky continues to propagate falsehoods to create sensational headlines. The nature of the damage to the cathedral is inconsistent with the aftermath typically seen after a strike by the supersonic cruise missile Kh-22. If such a missile had hit the cathedral, the building would have been completely obliterated.

Consider a couple of examples of the effects of cruise missile strikes, and compare them with images of the damaged cathedral. This comparison should suffice to show that the Ukrainian president is once again attempting to deflect blame for the inefficiency of Ukraine's air defense.

▪️ In late June 2022, the Russian Armed Forces launched a missile strike on the Kremenchug Road Machinery Plant (https://yangx.top/warfakes/4312), which the Ukrainian Armed Forces were using for ammunition storage and equipment repairs.

▪️ In late July 2022, Russia conducted a precision attack on a weapons depot (https://yangx.top/warfakes/5054), which the Ukrainian Armed Forces had set up in a restaurant in the city of Zatoka.

The aftermath of these strikes is in no way comparable to the damage observed at the Transfiguration Cathedral in Odessa. The cathedral's structure remained intact, and there was no crater typical of a missile strike. It can thus be concluded that Zelensky has once again misrepresented the facts.
