🚛 Russian servicemen have delivered another humanitarian aid to settlements in Kharkov region, which have been liberated from Ukrainian nationalist formations.

🍞 Around 100 tonnes of food and basic necessities have been delivered for the local residents.

◽️ Families with children as well as the elderly and disabled have been provided with the necessary aid in the first instance.

🤝 The locals thanked the Russian soldiers for their assistance.

⚠️ According to the information from the Ukrainian POWs, nationalists prepare another sophisticated provocation aimed on accusing Russian units of launching indiscriminate strikes over important object of civilian infrastructure.

🔹In order to carry out this provocation the AFU units deployed an artillery battery in order to shell Zmejovskaya thermal power plant.

▫️In case of thermal power plant objects destruction people in Kharkov, Poltava and Sumy regions and hundreds of vital infrastructure objects will be left without electricity.

🔹In Avdeevka, Ukrainian nationalists mined containers with toxic substances at coke and chemicals plant (Industrialny prospect) and are going to blow them up in case of advance of Russian units and slow their assault with a poisonous cloud.

▫️The Ukrainian side plans to use this fact for accusation Russian Armed Forces in usage of chemical weapons.

▫️We warn the so-called civilized West as well as the United Nations, the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons in advance that the above and other similar provocations about alleged "Russian atrocities" are soon to be widely spread by the Ukrainian authorities through the Western media and in various Internet resources.

❗️We stress once again that in carrying out the tasks of the special military operation, the Russian Armed Forces treat the civilian population with the utmost humanity and do not strike at civilian infrastructure.

⚠️We continue to record the facts of criminal actions by the Kiev regime against civilians, as well as the use by Ukrainian armed formations of educational institutions and other social infrastructure for military purposes:

🔹in Slavyansk, Donetsk People's Republic, the buildings of boarding school No. 1 and the High Voltage Research Institute house servicemen of AFU units (General N. Batyuk Street), weapons and ammunition depots are equipped, and MLRS are placed in the adjacent territory; Nationalist battalion fighters have equipped firing positions in schools No. 17 (Olimpiyskaya Street) and No. 9 (Kutuzova Street), and placed American-made artillery guns in the immediate vicinity of the schools;

🔹in Privol'e, Donetsk People's Republic, AFU units are stationed on the territory of Lyceum No. 7 (Shakhterskaya Street) and School No. 29 (Lomonosova Street), while checkpoints and firing points have been equipped along the perimeter;

🔹in Pokrovsk in the Donetsk People's Republic, neo-Nazis have equipped a stronghold in school No. 9 (Vozrozhdeniya Street), placing sniper positions and large-calibre machine guns on the top floor and heavy equipment and MLRS in the yard, while residents of nearby houses are being held in the gymnasium under the pretext of providing security;

🔹in Kostantinovka, Donetsk People's Republic, AFU units have equipped barracks and firing positions in the buildings of schools No. 11 (Bohdana Khmelnytskogo Street) and No. 17 (Vinnitskaya Street);

🔹in Nikolaiv, on the territories of schools No. 40 (Baltiyskaya Street), No. 43 (Bohoyavlensky Avenue) and Lyceum No. 25 (Aivazovsky Street), AFU servicemen have equipped mortar emplacements and weapons and ammunition depots;

🔹in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukrainian nationalists have equipped strongholds and ammunition depots in the building of School No. 35 (Naberezhnaya Pobedy Street) and in Pershovensk in Dnepropetrovsk Region and on the territory of a church (Molodezhnaya Street).

▫️These facts once again demonstrate the Ukrainian authorities' complete disregard for the norms of morality and the provisions of international humanitarian law.

▫️This is happening with the tacit consent of the countries of the so-called collective West, which continue to turn a blind eye to the numerous war crimes of the Kiev regime.

⚡️ 80th session of CIS Defence Ministers Council takes place in Moscow

◻️ CIS defence ministers have substantively analysed the military-political situation, including in view of the special military operation of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine.

◻️ Sergei Shoigu said that the ways of further development of cooperation in the defence and military security between CIS member States have been determined. The ministers have confirmed their joint understanding of the nature of modern challenges and threats.

◻️ CIS Defence Ministers Council examined the development of the Unified Communication System of the armed forces and scheduled measures dedicated to the improvement of the Unified State Radar Identification System.

◻️ Participants analysed the state of aviation flight security in the Armed Forces and coordinated the funding of the Unified Air Defence System.

◻️ CIS member States will establish a joint humanitarian demining unit.

​​⚠️ We continue to carefully record the facts of the inhumane treatment of civilians and use of residential buildings, educational institutions, cultural buildings and other social infrastructure facilities for military purposes by Ukrainian armed groups:

🔹 in Zaporozhye, in the Children's Art Palace (Zaporozhskaya sq.), nationalists have deployed a strongpoint, an armament and munitions depot, as well as firing and sniper positions along the perimeter of the institution and at the upper floors of nearest residential buildings;

🔹 in Kramatorsk, Donetsk People's Republic, in the residence of technological vocational school (Uralskaya st.) and in the gymnasium №1 (Arkhangelskaya st.), militants of Ukrainian nationalist groups have deployed barracks, as well as armoured equipment and large-calibre artillery at Yubileyny park;

🔹 in Bakhmut, Donetsk People's Republic, in the industrial vocational college (Chaykovskogo st.), AFU units have deployed provisional bases, as well as armoured equipment, mortar positions and heavy artillery at the adjacent territory. Militants restrict local residents to leave their houses, all their attempts to evacuate to safe areas are severely suppressed.

❗️ These facts show the inhumane treatment of the Ukrainian authorities to the civilian population and their total disregard to the international humanitarian law. Despite the repeated statements by the Joint Coordination Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Humanitarian Response, this kind of cynical acts committed by the Kiev regime have been ignored by the international society until now.

⚠️ According to reliable information, militants of nationalist groups are preparing a provocation with the use of toxic substances in Nikolaevka, Donetsk People's Republic. For this purpose, the Ukrainian neo-Nazis brought tanks with liquid chlorine (over 6,000 litres) to the pumping and filtration station of the Slavyansk TPP, which they had mined and planned to blow up when units of Russian troops and formations of the Donetsk People's Republic approach.

​​📑The special military operation has led to forming the final report on DTRA activity dated from 2005 to 2016.

🗂The document contains the data on evaluation of healthcare, veterinary and biosecurity system efficiency prepared by a group of U.S. experts in 2016.

▫️This report is a concept document designed for further planification of military-biological activity of the Pentagon in Ukraine that contains conclusions on implementation of the programme guidelines.

❗️Despite the more than 10-year-long period of cooperation in the alleged '...reduction of biological threats...', the experts have stated: '...There is no legislation on the control of highly dangerous pathogens in the country, there are significant deficiencies in biosafety... The current state of resources makes it impossible for laboratories to respond effectively to public health emergencies...'

▫️The document emphasises that '...over the past five years, Ukraine has shown no progress in implementing international health regulations of the World Health Organisation'.

❗️The report pays particular attention to non-compliance with biosafety requirements when working and storing microbial collections. It has been stated '...that most facilities are characterised by numerous gross violations, such as unlocked fencing systems, unlatching windows, broken or inactive pathogen restriction systems, lack of alarm systems...' The results of the review conclude that there is no system for protecting dangerous pathogens in Ukraine.

▫️At the same time, the activities of the Defence Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) have been assessed positively: the organisation has managed to bring the national collection of microorganisms to the United States, to organise biological assessment work and to implement projects to study particularly dangerous and economically significant infections that could cause a worsening (changing) epidemic situation.

▫️The report makes the case for continuing this work on behalf of the Pentagon that has cost more than $250 million since 2005. The document is annexed with ambiguous comments about the sponsors and implementers of the Biological Threat Reduction Programme in Ukraine that have nothing to do with biosecurity issues. In particular, the Soros Foundation is mentioned with the notation '...contributed to the development of an open and democratic society...'

▫️It confirms again that the official activities of the Pentagon in Ukraine are just a front for illegal military and biological research.

⚡️ Russian Defence Ministry report on the progress of the special military operation in Ukraine (September 5, 2022)

Despite the presence of IAEA representatives at Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, Kiev regime continues provocations aimed at posing a threat to create a technological disaster.

◽️ On September 4, Ukrainian troops used an attack unmanned aerial vehicle towards the nuclear power plant. By virtue of Russian electronic countermeasures means, the Ukrainian drone lost control and fell down one kilometre far from the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.

◽️ 2 artillery attacks launched at Energodar have been recorder over the night. A total of 6 artillery projectiles have been launched from the circumferences of Marganets and Nikopol (Dnepropetrovsk region). AFU units have been neutralised by Russian artillery's counter-attack.

◽️ The radiation environment at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant remains normal.
