▫️We emphasize in particular that Tochka-U tactical missiles, the wreckage of which was found near the Kramatorsk railway station and published by eyewitnesses, are used by Ukrainian Armed Forces only.

▫️On March 14, 2022, a similar Tochka-U missile of Division of 19th Separate Missile Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck the centre of Donetsk, killing 17 people on the spot and injuring another 36 civilians.

📑Russian Defence Ministry has published new documentary evidence of atrocious crimes committed by Ukrainian nationalists during the Great Patriotic War as part of "Archives Remember Everything!" project

▫️The project's historical materials reveal numerous facts of atrocious crimes committed by Ukrainian nationalists against civilians, local Soviet authorities and the Red Army.

▫️Moreover, many documents make it clear that the Ukrainian nationalists of the 1940s, like their followers today, did not act independently, but were controlled externally - at the behest of Hitler, who used the Banderites to exterminate the unruly Soviet peoples.

▫️Many archive documents describing the atrocities committed by the German Nazis against Soviet citizens point to the involvement of Ukrainian nationalists in these crimes.

​​Three scenarios are planned for the Russian Federation accusation.

▫️The first one is a ‘staged incident under a false flag’ that is the most probable.

▫️This could include a real use of chemical and biological weapons that would cause deaths among the population or staging ‘sabotages’ from Russia at the facilities of Ukraine involved in the development of components for weapons of mass destruction.

▫️The abovementioned scenario can be implemented in the chemical and biological facilities located in Kharkov and Kiev.

▫️There also may occur a provocation in the nuclear energy facilities: above all others, it could refer to Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Station controlled by the Russian Federation. On April, 21, a convoy of 10 motor vehicles that was transporting dangerous goods to the nuclear station was stopped and turned about to Zaporozhye.

▫️In addition, the leadership of Ukraine is seriously considering striking at the radioactive waste storage facility at the former Pridneprovsky Chemical Plant in the village of Kamenskoye in Dnipropetrovsk Region.

🗂The Ministry of Defense has documents confirming the critical condition of the storage facility and the inappropriate spending of funds allocated by the European Union for the maintenance of the facility.

▫️The second one refers to a ‘Maximally covert use of weapons of mass destruction in small volumes’ for neutralising the will power and the capacity to resist within the fulfilment of a particular operational task.

▫️This scenario was supposed to be implemented in ‘Azovstal’. But the order of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief to cancel the assault of the entity has frustrated the plans of the Pentagon.

▫️The third and the least probable one is the ‘overt use of weapons of mass destruction at a combat area’ in case of failure to succeed in using conventional armaments in the combat zone.

▫️This scenario was considered for Slavyansk and Kramatorsk that had been transformed into fortified towns.

▫️The high probability of staging the application of chemical arms is confirmed by the facts of the supply of antidotes with toxic substances to Ukraine. Only in 2022, on request of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine, more than 220 thousand of vials with atropines. This fact is an evidence of a targeted preparation of a provocation that includes the use of toxic nerve-paralytic substances.

🚌Due to the initiative of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, 80 civilians, including women and children, forcibly detained by Ukrainian nationalists, were rescued from Azovstal in Mariupol.

▫️Units of the Russian Armed Forces and the people's militia of the Donetsk People's Republic opened a humanitarian corridor for the safe evacuation of civilians and ensured ceasefire.

▫️All released civilians were evacuated to Bezymyannoe settlement in the Donetsk People's Republic, where they were provided with overnight accommodation, food and the necessary medical care.

▫️Civilians evacuated by Russian servicemen from Azovstal who wished to go to areas controlled by the Kiev regime were handed over to representatives of the UN and the International Committee of the Red Cross.

⚠️Ukraine's armed formations continue to openly and widely use health and cultural institutions, residential buildings, churches, kindergartens and schools and other civilian facilities to shelter military units and deploy weapons, while there is no question of evacuating civilians from these facilities and thousands of people are being held by the nationalists as human shield:

🔹members of Ukrainian armed formations have equipped strongholds in and around pre-school and general education facilities in Kramatorsk (School No. 31), Slavaynsk (Schools No. 12, 20, kindergartens No. 15 and 23) and Druzhkovka (School No. 8) in the Donetsk People's Republic, they placed ammunition depots and heavy weapons, including artillery and MLRS, while residents of nearby houses are forcibly kept in basements without water and food under the pretext of ensuring their safety;

🔹in Bakhmut, Donetsk People's Republic, nationalists have equipped firing positions and sniper points on the upper floors of apartment buildings on Defenders of Ukraine Street, the approaches to the buildings are mined, but the local population is deliberately not informed about this.

❗️It should be noted that, to date, the World Health Organisation has still not adequately assessed the use by the nationalists of medical facilities as strongholds and firing points for combat operations, rather than for the direct purpose of providing medical care.

🔹in Druzhkovka, Donetsk People's Republic, the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have deployed a command post in the school №1 (Olesya Gonchara st.), as well as multiple rocket launchers in the apartment blocks located at Sobornaya street, while its residents had been intentionally left without evacuation.

▫️Despite the fact that this criminal action can result in causing victims among civilians, the militants of the Ukrainian armed groups launch deliberate attacks from residential areas at the positions of the Russian Armed Forces in order to provoke their counter-attack and to accuse Russian servicemen of the consequences from allegedly indiscriminate attacks.

▫️Such actions by Kiev once again demonstrate an inhuman attitude towards the fate of its own citizens and show a complete disregard for all norms of morality and international humanitarian law.

▫️All this is happening with the tacit consent of the "Russophobe-influenced" countries of the so-called collective West, which continue to turn a blind eye to the numerous war crimes of the Kiev regime, shifting the blame onto the Russian Federation without evidence.

🚛 Russian servicemen have delivered another humanitarian aid to settlements in Kharkov region, which have been liberated from Ukrainian nationalist formations.

🍞 Around 100 tonnes of food and basic necessities have been delivered for the local residents.

◽️ Families with children as well as the elderly and disabled have been provided with the necessary aid in the first instance.

🤝 The locals thanked the Russian soldiers for their assistance.
