📢 Россия 🇷🇺 вносит существенный вклад в развитие международных подходов по теме информации и коммуникации, в работу программы ЮНЕСКО "Информация для всех" #IFAP
☝6–8 июня 2023 г. в Ханты-Мансийске в рамках XIV Международного IT-Форума и #IFAP состоялась V международная конференция «Информация и коммуникация в цифровую эпоху: явные и неявные воздействия».
📍Выступивший на открытии Постпред России при ЮНЕСКО Р.Ж.Аляутдинов обратил внимание на политизацию деятельности #UNESCO в сфере коммуникации и информации из-за политики стран Запада. Подчеркнул наработки и передовые позиции России в сфере обеспечения многоязычия, которые получили высокую оценку при рассмотрении Рекомендации 2003 г. о развитии и использовании многоязычия и всеобщем доступе к киберпространству.
📍Ответственный секретарь Комиссии РФ по делам ЮНЕСКО Т.Е.Довгаленко сообщила, что Россия много сделала для разработки Рекомендации об этических аспектах искусственного интеллекта (ИИ). Главное - удалось закрепить человекоцентричный подход, а именно: на всех этапах использования ИИ человек должен иметь право вето на любые решения. В развитие Рекомендации #UNESCO в России принят национальный Кодекс этики ИИ и создана Комиссия, которая будет наблюдать за его осуществлением.

☝ 6-8 June 2023 Khanty-Mansiysk hosted the XIV International IT Forum and the 5th International Conference "Tangible and Intangible Impact of Communication and Information in the DigitalAge".
📍 The Permanent Delegate of the Russian Federation to UNESCO Mr. Rinat Alyautdinov drew attention to the politicization of #UNESCO activities in the field of communication and information due to the policy of the Western countries. He underlined Russian developments and achievements in the field of multilingualism that were reflected in the UNESCO report on implementation of the 2003 Recommendation concerning the Promotion and Use of Multilingualism and Universal Access to Cyberspace.
📍 Ms. Tatiana Dovgalenko, Secretary General of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO, said that Russia has done a lot for the development of the UNESCO Recommendation on the Ethical of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The main thing is to consolidate the human-centric approach, namely: at all stages of the use of AI a human being should have the right to veto any decisions. As a follow-up to the #UNESCO AI Recommendation, Russia has adopted a national AI Code of Ethics and established a Commission to oversee its implementation.

⚡️ The Hague, which hosted #UNESCO International Conference “Cultural Heritage and Peace: Building on 70 years of The Hague Convention”, flagrantly violated the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and the Host Country Agreement with UNESCO.
❗️Russian experts were denied registration and a visa, and a senior diplomat of the Russian Permanent Delegation to UNESCO, who had arrived from Paris to take part in the Penal sessions, was blocked by the security service from entering the hall before the closing session and escorted out of the building.
This outrage occurred in the face of UNESCO Secretariat's failure to ensure Russia's full participation in the event.
🛑 We are outraged that Assistant Director General E.Ottone, who officially invited Russia to the event, was praising on the stage the Government of the Netheralnds "for excellent organisation of the conference", while the Russian diplomat was escorted out of the building under excuse of a "political decision" of the Dutch side.
Does this mean that UNESCO Secretariate supports actions against Russia?

Это дань уважения исследователям, ученым, реставраторам, которые столетиями изучали и бережно сохраняли культурное наследие Кенозерья.

📍На полях сессии Комитета всемирного наследия #UNESCO провел важные встречи с коллегами из африканских стран. Обсуждали перспективы углубления сотрудничества. Накопленный Россией экспертный потенциал востребован за рубежом.
📍Главным событием для России на сессии стало принятие решения о внесении в Список всемирного наследия нового российского объекта - "Культурный ландшафт Кенозерья".☝️ Теперь в нашей стране 3️⃣3️⃣объекта всемирного наследия.
📍 С подачи западных стран Комитет становится местом сведения геополитических счетов. Спонсоры Киева попытались использовать доклад о состоянии сохранности памятников в Киеве, Львове и Одессе для распространения безосновательных обвинений России. ☝️ Комитет превысил свои полномочия. ЮНЕСКО не имеет ни атрибутивных функций, ни элементарных компетенций, чтобы возлагать на кого-нибудь ответственность за разрушение наследия.

📍Russia is deeply concerned about escalation of violence in Lebanon.
📍We strongly condemn the actions of Israel, the authorities of which flout the principles of international humanitarian law. The integrity of World Heritage sites, educational process, and safety of journalists are under threat.
📍We express our solidarity with the leadership and people of Lebanon, who became subject of armed aggression.
📍We expect that UNESCO provides necessary assistance to Lebanon in areas of its competence.

📍The report of the Secretariat is based on biased information from Kiev and its Western sponsors. UNESCO's activities in Ukraine are one-sided.
📍UNESCO neither notices manifestations of Nazism, nor responds to restrictions of linguistic and educational rights of the Russian-speaking population, demolition of historical and cultural monuments, restrictions on access to information. There is no proper reaction to the killings and attacks on Russian journalists.
📍Western countries during 10 years supply the Kiev regime with weapons that are used to kill civilians in Donbass.
📍We witness deliberate "blindness" to the root causes of the conflict and crimes of the Kiev regime.
📍The report of the Secretariat is based on biased information from Kiev and its Western sponsors. UNESCO's activities in Ukraine are one-sided.
