Европейский диалог по управлению Интернетом (EuroDIG) набирает 30 молодых людей (от 18 до 30 лет) со всей Европы для участия в молодежном треке YouthDIG, а затем и в основном мероприятии – конференции EuroDIG 2022, которые состоятся в итальянском Триесте. YouthDIG пройдет с 17 по 19 июня, EuroDIG – с 20 по 22 июня.

Отобранные участники смогут получить полный грант на оплату дороги и/или проживания. Форма для подачи заявки и подробное описание условий доступны по этой ссылке: https://www.eurodig.org/get-involved/youthdig/

Важно: ожидается, что мероприятие пройдет в очном формате с элементами виртуальных включений, однако организаторы не могут гарантировать, что из-за антиковидных мер возможность путешествий по Европе и за ее пределами не будет ограничена.

Важно 2: жители неевропейских стран должны иметь действующий загранпаспорт, шенгенскую визу на время проведения мероприятия и быть допущенными ко въезду в Европу в соответствии с актуальными (то есть на май-июнь 2022) требованиями Итальянского правительства в области сертификации.

Youth RIGF 2022 II Молодежный форум по управлению интернетом

Прием заявок на очное участие завершится уже сегодня, 5 мая, а 10 мая будет закрыта регистрация и на участие онлайн. Подать заявку можно на сайте форума.

Форум организован Центром глобальной ИТ-кооперации и пройдет в гибридном формате: офлайн на площадке Цифрового делового пространства, а для тех, кто не сможет присутствовать, будет доступна онлайн-трансляция.

На форуме Youth RIGF можно будет послушать передовых специалистов в сфере IT, обсудить перспективы развития интернета, а также принять участие в работе секций, посвященных самым актуальным вопросам развития интернета и IT-технологий.

Также отдельная секция будет посвящена развитию института МЦО в России и за рубежом – ее проведет команда Молодёжного цифрового омбудсмена (МЦО), созданная по итогам Youth RIGF 2021. На мероприятии будут организованы интерактивные площадки – например, арена для киберспортивных соревнований. Кроме того, планируется дискуссия в рамках всемирного дня «Девушки в ИКТ», где можно будет послушать выступления женщин-лидеров отрасли в РФ.

Молодежной повестке на #IGF уделяется гораздо больше внимания в этом году. В развитие целой Молодежной стратегии IGF организаторы подошли более активно к формированию молодежного трека на 17м Форуме, который пройдет в Эфиопии в конце ноября.

В этом году молодежный трек будет продолжительнее обычного, и начнется уже в июне.
Всего планируется 4 воркшопа по развитию потенциала от экспертов по различным аспектам цифровой трансформации в контексте управления Интернетом.
Кроме того, будет возможность познакомиться с экосистемой IGF и вариантах участия в Форуме.
Все воркшопы пройдут в гибридном формате, и будут совмещены с региональными IGF - как раз первый состоится в рамках Европейского диалога по управлению Интернетом уже в этот понедельник.
Также организаторы собирают репозиторий с полезными материалами и курсами. Всем участникам настоятельно рекомендуется ознакомиться с этим ресурсом до и после проведения воркшопов.

Eligibility criteria:

- Being a past IGF Youth ambassador, former mentor, NRIs organizer, and/or IGF expert.
- Prior experience attending IGF, engagement in different IG processes is desirable.
- Availability in October, November and early December: minimum of 8 meetings, preferably weekly meetings (meeting dates, key discussion points, etc. can be documented for post-report).
- Commitment of at least two hours per week, via videoconference, chat, email, or another online communication vehicle.
- Access to the Internet with capacity for maintaining videoconferences.
- Language skills (English as working language)

Школа организована Координационным центром доменов .RU/.РФ совместно с факультетом международных отношений СПбГУ и является частью глобального движения Schools on Internet Governance (SIG).

Основной задачей школы является погружение слушателей в текущие вопросы управления Интернетом и цифрового сотрудничества на глобальном и локальном уровне, формирование навыков для полноценного участия в международных организациях, конференциях и диалогах по этим темам.
Целевая аудитория школы – студенты, аспиранты, молодые преподаватели и исследователи в различных областях, а также специалисты и профессионалы, интересующиеся тематикой Школы. Участие в мероприятии бесплатное, по итогам успешного освоения программы слушатели получат сертификаты, в том числе о прохождении программы дополнительного образования.

Программа Школы разбита на два этапа:

Молодежная группа GC-CIS создана в контексте Молодежной стратегии МСЭ, которая направлена на вовлечение молодежи в работу МСЭ по реализации Повестки дня в области устойчивого развития на период до 2030 года. Благодаря данной инициативе участники GC-CIS имеют возможность обсуждать перспективы и вызовы, связанные с развитием информационно-коммуникационных технологий, и представлять в ходе мероприятий высокого уровня видение молодежи региона СНГ о цифровой трансформации и вкладе технологий ИКТ в достижение Целей ООН в области устойчивого развития.

Новый состав GC-CIS продолжит работу по расширению участия молодежи в построении инклюзивного, устойчивого цифрового будущего для всех. К участию приглашаются молодые люди в возрасте 20 – 26 лет, имеющие интересы и/или опыт и знания в области цифровых технологий и цифровой трансформации, обладающие хорошими коммуникативными, аналитическими навыками, умеющие грамотно излагать мысли в письменном виде, работать в команде (в том числе онлайн), владеющие английским языком. The objectives of the winter school are to:

- Provide youth from BRICS with the opportunity to meaningfully participate in BRICS affairs.

The BRICS Summer School participants are required to be:

- Inspirational young people from either the public, private, academia and/or civil society sectors.
- Aged between 18 and 35 years of age at the time of the event.
- Able to demonstrate a commitment and active engagement in their local and global community.
- Interest in BRICS relations.

Financial conditions for participation:

SABYA will provide accommodation and meals during the period of the school for all participants.
Participants or sending organizations are responsible for their travel costs to Durban, South Africa and back.
SABYA will provide visa application support and assistance with issuing a permission to enter South Africa for international participants who are required to acquire a visa.

The NetMission Academy is a series of online sessions designed to equip youth with the knowledge and discussion skills to participate in Internet policymaking. The sessions will include two pre-training webinars, followed by 7 training webinars and a closing ceremony. These 1.5-hour workshops will be interactive discussion sessions, with expert guest speakers selected for each topic.

This online academy is not a one-sided learning program. Selected fellows will be assigned into thematic groups to research and prepare for the respective session as a host. All fellows are expected to actively contribute to discussions. We are looking for young visionaries who want to make a change for the betterment of the Internet and our community. Students who are currently enrolled in any tertiary institution within the Asia Pacific are welcome to this program.

The Youth Dialogue on Internet Governance (YOUthDIG) is a yearly pre-event to the European Dialogue on Internet Governance (EuroDIG) aimed to foster active participation of young people (ages 18-30).

"We are looking for 30 young people from all over Europe (members states at the Council of Europe) to participate in a pre-event programme which prepares young people who are interested about topics related to the Internet to become active participants in EuroDIG.

During YOUthDIG you learn about Internet Governance, and discuss and exchange ideas with experienced internet policy practitioners but also experience peer-to-peer learning and networking with youth residing in Europe. You will be actively involved by developing policy messages (see Reporting) that you will be presenting at EuroDIG but also the global IGF.

The YOUthDIG event will be composed of an online phase with virtual meetings and the physical event. The YOUthDIG in person meeting will be held from 16 – 19 June followed by EuroDIG on 19 – 21 June, both in Tampere, Finland.

YOUthDIG is held in English. Thanks to our donors, we can provide a number of travel grants to youth participants".

🔸 The Mid Career Fellowship is a unique opportunity that offers 15 Fellows unparalleled access to world-class educational institutions and experts in a seven-month program, from June through December. It equips global mid career Internet champions with the knowledge, skills, and tools to enable inclusive, innovative, holistic, and strategic leadership.

🔸 The fellows work throughout five modules which have live lectures and assessments, and culminate in a symposium to showcase the work they’ve completed. The program also includes seminars on trends, such as digital geopolitics, leadership in VUCA environments, and advocacy and communications, practical case studies and cross-sector networking.

🔸 The core content areas covered are: the Internet Critical Properties and Enablers, Digital Transformation and Key Internet Issues, Digital Futures and Strategic Foresight, Systems and Design Thinking, and Leadership and Decision-making.

Eligibility:
- Have at least 10 years of relevant experience, including leading or managing teams and/or projects, in the Internet space in a technical, policy, economic, societal, or other capacity.
- Currently work in a position/organization that is addressing digital challenges or facing digital disruption and transformation.
- Want to solve problems, work in multi-stakeholder and multi-disciplinary teams, and acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Want to ensure that the Internet remains open, globally connected, secure, and trustworthy.

In addition, candidates must:
- Have reliable access to broadband Internet connection and relevant devices.
- Be able to fully participate in the seven-month experience which requires a commitment of approximately six hours a week.
