26 и 27 октября в Амстердаме проходит Анархистская книжная ярмарка, во время которой также будут различные презентации и воркшопы от горизонтальных коллективов со всего мира.
«Зона солидарности» займёт столик на ярмарке, где можно будет приобрести наши футболки, шарфы, постеры, зины и другой мерч.
А в воскресенье мы выступим с презентацией. Мы считаем нелогичным рассматривать внутреннее партизанское сопротивление в России отдельно от более широкого контекста. Поэтому мы опишем колониальное влияние России на соседние территории, политические союзы с другими диктатурами и то, как российский режим влияет не только на сообщества внутри страны, но и на товарище_к в Восточной Европе, на Кавказе и в Центральной Азии. Мы затронем историю сопротивления и репрессий и рассмотрим причины провала протестов. Также мы подумаем о возможностях для действий из разных мест.

Vladimir Central prison
Here we continue the story of the prisons in which political prisoners convicted of taking anti-war actions are serving their sentences.
The federal state institution T-2 of the Vladimir region directorate of the federal penitentiary service, better known as Vladimir Central, became famous not only because of the song by Mikhail Krug of the same name, but also thanks to its own history and political background. At some point it became, in the first place, a prison for those convicted of political offences. Well-known activists and human rights defenders were incarcerated in the “Central”. You can read about Vladimir Central’s history, its inmates’ suffering, and about the political prisoners confined there now, on the cards.

Here we continue the story of the prisons in which political prisoners convicted of taking anti-war actions are serving their sentences.
The federal state institution T-2 of the Vladimir region directorate of the federal penitentiary service, better known as Vladimir Central, became famous not only because of the song by Mikhail Krug of the same name, but also thanks to its own history and political background. We know that there are still narrow paths for free thought within authoritarian regimes, which is why we are starting an open call for anonymous artists on 5 november.
In January, we plan to launch a series of group exhibitions for artists who continue to live and work in russia or other territories where the russian regime poses risks for cultural workers. The first location on this journey will be Berlin.
Our goal is to broadcast, like a pirate radio station, the voices of those who have been deprived of a platform for artistic and political expression, but who have preserved their ideas, values and identities in the face of growing repression; who have stopped their artistic practice, switched to practical tasks, created a language of ciphers and codes, withdrawn from the game of hypocritical rules or become censors for themselves. The team of organisers is convinced that critical voices from within the repressive state are evidences of time, which do not necessarily await changes in personal archives. By excluding from the exhibition protocols such an important part of the authors' representation as their names, we invite them into the space of soft partisan action, airing through the interference.
We are primarily inviting authors from russia, Belarus and other territories under the colonial influence of the russian regime to participate, but we reserve the possibility of submitting an application from any location, provided that all participants remain anonymous. We expect works in graphic techniques, photo, video, audio, any other media that allow remote reproduction. Since our spatial and technical resources are limited, the organising team reserves the right to select works.
Limited editions of prints will be produced for the project in techniques and materials agreed with the authors. All proceeds from the sale of prints and events within the exhibition will be used for the benefit of the prisoners supported by Solidarity zone.
To participate, please send your preferred initials, title and a short description of the project, series or single work (up to 500 words) and visual materials to [email protected]

Fundraiser for the legal defense of 19-Year-Old Yuri Mikheev
Antifascist Yuri Mikheev is the youngest beneficiary of Solidarity zone. On November 10, 2023, 18-year-old Yuri was detained along with his friend on the grounds of a military base in the Moscow region. The FSB accused them of planning to set military equipment on fire. A case was opened under charges of "preparation for sabotage," and Yuri faces up to 10 years in prison.
You can read more about Yuri and the case against him in the following sections.
We are raising €4000 to cover the cost of his lawyer’s services for the next six months. Yuri and his defense lawyer still need to review the case materials, wait for the prosecutor to approve the charges, and prepare for the trial.

Ruslan Zimin was sentenced by a court to 20 years in custody after he fired several non-lethal shots at a military recruitment officer, while trying to protect his cousin from mobilisation and likely death.

Yelets clink

The "Yelets clink" is a jail in Lipetsk region, notorious for its famous inmates from among the leaders of the criminal underworld, so-called "thieves-in-law" and "criminal authorities". There is even a saying about the town where the jail is located, that "Yelets is the father of all thieves". People who are persecuted for their religion are sent to the "Yelets clink", and from the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, people convicted for anti-war activism were sent there too. The "Yelets clink" is a jail in Lipetsk region, notorious for its famous inmates from among the leaders of the criminal underworld, so-called "thieves-in-law" and "criminal authorities". There is even a saying about the town where the jail is located, that "Yelets is the father of all thieves". People who are persecuted for their religion are sent to the "Yelets clink", and from the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, people convicted for anti-war activism were sent there too. Fundraiser for Rouslan Sidiki’s legal defence
Rouslan Sidiki is an anarchist from Ryazan, an opponent of the war, and a dual citizen of Russia and Italy. He stands accused of sabotage, including the bombing of railway tracks and an attack on a military airfield in the Ryazan region. The charges against him include “terrorism,” “undertaking training with the intention of perpetrating acts of terrorism,” and the handling of explosives.
Sidiki maintains that his actions were motivated by the desire to prevent harm caused by military operations, with his sole aim being to damage military infrastructure. If convicted of all charges, he faces up to life imprisonment.

The Story of Anti-Fascist Yuri Mikheev
Yuri Mikheev, from the Moscow suburb of Lobnya, is the youngest beneficiary of Solidarity zone. On 10 November 2023, 18-year-old Yuri and his friend were detained on the grounds of a military base in the Moscow region. The FSB accused the young men of planning to set fire to military equipment. A case was opened under articles related to “preparation for sabotage”, and Yuri now faces up to 10 years in prison.

The anarchist Alexey Rozhkov was one of the first to protest against Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine by setting fire to a military enlistment office. Later, while in Kyrgyzstan, Alexey gave an interview in which he spoke out against the war and explained the motives behind his actions.
Currently, Alexey Rozhkov is in a Russian pre-trial detention centre, facing charges under articles related to “terrorist acts,” “justification of terrorism,” and spreading “fake news” about the army.
The human rights project “Support for Political Prisoners. Memorial” has recognised Alexey Rozhkov as a political prisoner, in accordance with international criteria, and demands his immediate release.
Defence in court is crucial — both to reduce the scope of the charges and to lay the groundwork for further efforts to secure Alexey’s freedom. Currently, we need €3,000 to cover the lawyer’s fees and €720 to pay for the participation of specialists who have prepared reviews of the accusatory analyses by the FSB.

Schoolteacher Boris Goncharenko was detained in October 2022 on suspicion of setting fire to a military recruitment office in Goryachy Klyuch (Krasnodar region). Initially, Boris was charged with "attempted destruction of property" (part 3, Article 30; part 2, Article 167 of the Russian Criminal Code), which carried a maximum sentence of 3 years and 9 months in prison. Later, the Federal Security Service (FSB) took over the investigation, and Goncharenko became a suspect in a case of "committing a terrorist act" (part 2, Article 205 of the Criminal Code). This dramatically increased his potential prison sentence — up to 20 years.
Shortly before the verdict, prosecutor Alexei Khanenya changed the charge from "committing a terrorist act" to "assistance to terrorist activities" (part 3, Article 205.1 of the Criminal Code) and requested an 11-year prison sentence for Boris. In the end, Goncharenko was sentenced to 12 years in prison — a year more than the prosecutor’s request.
Boris disagrees with the verdict and plans to appeal the court’s decision.
Solidarity zone is launching a new fundraising campaign to cover legal fees for an appeal in court. To challenge the unjust sentence, €2 560 need to be raised.

We are announcing a fundraising for Roman Nasryev's cassation! Support the appeal of the verdict in the Supreme Court!
On the 11th of October 2022 Roman together with his friend Alexey Nuriev tried to set fire to the military registration office in the building of administration of the city of Bakal. Only a small fragment of linoleum was damaged, no one was hurt. Roman does not agree with the classification of his actions as a ‘terrorist act’ and ‘training for the purpose of terrorist activity’.
In April 2023, Nuriev and Nasriyev were sentenced to 19 years in prison each. In July of the same year, the human rights project ‘Support Political Prisoners. Memorial’ recognised both as political prisoners.
In August 2024, the Military Court of Appeal approved the verdict, rejecting the defence's appeal. It is possible to appeal against unfair court decisions at this stage in the cassation case.

Support the fundraiser for Sergei Okrushko’s legal defence in court!
Ukrainian national Sergei Okrushko is accused of organising the explosion that took place on 28 July 2023 at the Kuibyshev oil refinery (OR) in Samara.
After the start of the full-scale invasion, Sergei left Russia and moved to Moldova, where he took part in anti-war protests. He later returned to Samara, where he found work as an electrician at the Kuibyshev refinery. Shortly after the explosion, he was detained at the border with Kazakhstan while attempting to leave Russia.

Support the fundraiser for Ilya Baburin's cassation!
Ilya Baburin was detained in September 2022 and accused of attempting to organise an arson attack on a military enlistment centre. After almost a year of investigation, he was also charged with the absurd accusation of arson of a music school. Last May, a court found Baburin guilty on six articles, including 'terrorism' and 'state treason', and sentenced him to 25 years in prison.
Ilya rejected the sentence and his lawyer filed an appeal. The Military Court of Appeal upheld the sentence of 25 years in prison, reducing only the amount of the fine he was given in addition to such a huge prison term.
