The Russian House in New Delhi celebrated Russia Day. The festive events began with a meeting of the Youth Club.
The head of the Youth Club at the Russian House, Mr. Aakshat Sinha, delivered an opening speech to the participants. During the meeting, the participants also learned about the program of short-term study tours "New Generation", which promotes the development of trust and strengthening of ties between young leaders of Russia and India.
A special moment of the meeting was the speech of the Indian artist Nishant Kumar Meena, a participant of the XIX International Forum of Young Journalists "Dialogue of Cultures". He shared his impressions of the trip to Russia and his participation in the forum, which opened in the legendary Moscow cinema "Khudozhestvenny" and was accompanied by a presentation of the participants' works and a multimedia exhibition "We Won Together", dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory.
One of the striking exhibits of this exhibition were the works of Nishant Kumar Meena, dedicated to the siege of Leningrad. His works subtly and deeply convey the tragedy and heroism of those years through the prism of Indian perception, becoming a true symbol of cultural dialogue and memory.
