Владимирская область направила в подшефный город Докучаевск ДНР технику для школьников. Среди неё 140 ноутбуков, 30 стационарных компьютеров и другая оргтехника. Часть техники отправится на предприятия жизнеобеспечения города для организации их бесперебойной работы.
Из Сургута в города Донбасса было направлено 50 тонн гуманитарной помощи. В ее составе медикаменты, продукты питания, товары первой необходимости и других необходимых вещей, включая автотранспорт.

27 января Курская область отправила 6 тонн гуманитарной помощи в Херсонскую область. Груз включил в себя: продукты питания и товары первой необходимости.
Из Челябинска в подшефные города Ясиноватая и Волноваха отправили дорожные машины и другую технику для восстановления инфраструктуры. Так, например, всесезонные коммунальные дорожные машины производства миасского «Завода СпецАгрегат» будут применяться для восстановления, обслуживания и содержания автомобильных дорог. Также ранее в регион из Челябинской области была отправлена 20-тонная фура с продуктами питания и строительными материалами.
28 января Татарстан отправил в город Лисичанск в ЛНР самую крупную с начала оказания помощи городу гуманитарную помощь. Около 200 тонн груза разнообразного назначения доставлены в центры гуманитарной помощи и на склады предприятий ЖКХ.
Томская область отправила гуманитарную помощь на Донбасс. В ее составе — технические приборы, материалы, а также зимние костюмы, тёплые спальники, перчатки и другие необходимые вещи.

Road vehicles and other equipment were sent from Chelyabinsk to the sponsored towns of Yasinovataya and Volnovakha to restore infrastructure. For example, all-season utility road vehicles manufactured by the Miass "Plant SpetsAgregat" will be used for the restoration and maintenance of highways. Also earlier, a 20-ton truck with food and construction materials was sent to the region from the Chelyabinsk region.
On January 28, Tatarstan sent the largest humanitarian aid to the town of Lisichansk in the LPR since the beginning of providing assistance to the town. About 200 tons of cargo of various purposes were delivered to humanitarian aid centers and warehouses of housing and communal services enterprises.
The Tomsk region has sent humanitarian aid to Donbass. It included technical devices, materials, as well as winter suits, warm sleeping bags, gloves and other necessary things.

Жители Всеволожского района Ленинградской области отправили в ДНР партию гуманитарной помощи общим весом 5 тонн. Груз включил в себя теплое белье, продукты, медикаменты, бытовую технику, предметы ручной работы и музыкальные инструменты для мариупольской музыкальной школы. Помощь будет распределена между несколькими городами: Мариуполь, Волноваха, Донецк, Макеевка.

Более 2,6 тысячи специалистов Минобороны России прокладывают новый водовод из Ростовской области в Донбасс.
Проект предусматривает прокладку двух нитей магистрального трубопровода, сооружение насосных станций, электроподстанций и накопителей воды. Запуск трубопровода наполнит канал Северский Донец, откуда питьевая вода пойдет в населенные пункты Донбасса. Завершение строительства планируется к весне 2023 года.

В Государственном центральном музее современной истории России был открыт историко-культурный просветительский мультимедийный проект «Донбасс – Россия: история и современность».
Программа приурочена к 80-летию освобождения Донбасса от немецко-фашистских захватчиков. Впервые в музейном пространстве комплексно рассказано об истории Донбасса начиная с Новороссии до наших дней.

В апреле в рамках акции «Книги Донбассу» в ДНР и ЛНР отправят более 5 тыс. книг. Добровольцы и специалисты помогли собрать учебники и учебные пособия, тематические сборники и другие издания по филологии, истории, культурологии, философии, педагогике, психологии и методике обучения русскому языку. Кроме этого, для библиотек и образовательных учреждений Донбасса собрали редкие буквари и словари, художественную литературу для взрослых и детей.
Часть книг отправят в библиотеки Донецкого национального университета экономики и торговли имени Михаила Туган-Барановского. Другие издания доставят в библиотечную систему Волновахского района, в составе которой 34 читальни.
Гуманитарная акция поможет восстановить книжные фонды русской литературы в новых регионах России.

The humanitarian action will help restore book collections of Russian literature in new regions of Russia.
