🔴9500 Students from Tamil Nadu participate in the Olympiad of Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation “Precise Energy 2023”

✅On July 13, the preliminary stage of the Olympiad in Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics “Precise Energy 2023” has started at the sites of the leading educational institutions of Tamil Nadu.

More than 9500 schoolchildren and students from Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry participate in the Olympiad with great enthusiasm.
❗The numbers of the participants are really impressive: 6000 schoolchildren from 50 schools of Chennai & 3500 students from 28 colleges and universities of Chennai, Coimbatore, Pondicherry, Tirunelveli, Villupuram, Kanyakumari took part in the Olympiad.

🔬🎓The Olympiad stimulates an interest in a study of technical scientific disciplines which are important for the specialization in nuclear energy, promotes the popularization of science and technology, as well as an encouragement of talented youth of the educational institutions of Tamil Nadu.

🇷🇺The Olympiad "Precise Energy" is traditionally held by the Engineering Division of Rosatom State Corporation together with ANO Energy of Future in the partnership with the Russian House in Chennai, Moscow Engineering Physics Institute and Tamil Nadu Science and Technology Centre.

🏆The best performing students from the first round will be selected for the final stage, which is held in Chennai on July 24 and 25. The top 3 students in each discipline will be awarded with valuable prizes during the awarding ceremony on July 26 at Russian House in Chennai.

🤍💙❤Russian schoolchildren received five gold medals at the 53rd International School Physics Olympiad in Tokyo.

In total, schoolchildren from more than 80 countries participated in the competition.

🧑‍🎓Schoolchildren from Russia demonstrated their unique skills in two rounds: solving theoretical problems and performing laboratory work.

We did it again! 🏆🇷🇺

🏅Russian schoolchildren have won three gold and one silver medals at the International Chemistry Olympiad in Zurich.

🎓Nikita Perov, Sergey Roslyakov, Vadim Kharisov and Alexey Mikheev took the prizes.

🏆The competition program included theoretical and practical rounds. The Russian team was formed from the winners of the All-Russian Olympiad of Schoolchildren in Chemistry.

🇷🇺Russian schoolchildren have won two gold, eight silver and five bronze awards in the contest of young inventors in Indonesia.

🌎Participants from 33 countries presented 350 projects at The International Young Inventors Award.

🏅Veronika Alekseenko-Nedyshilova received gold medal for an automated system for detecting objects on railway tracks in real time.

🏅Alexander Sukhotsky and Nikita Shilkov also won gold medals for the interface for controlling robotic systems using hand movements.

🥈🥉Silver and bronze awards were given to participants from schools and research centers in different Russian cities. Among the projects are: car subway, mobile garbage collection and sorting system, biodegradable material from fallen leaves for the production of disposable packaging and others.
