👉Subjects of the Olympiad: IT, biology, oriental studies, design, journalism, foreign languages and intercultural communication, history, mathematics, media communication, international relations and others.
Foreign citizens and stateless persons living abroad – students of the 10th, 11th, 12th grades, as well as foreign citizens - students of the 10th, 11th grades living in Russia can take part in the competition.
🎓Winners and prize-winners will have the opportunity to enroll in HSE bachelor's degree programs without exams, as well as a discount for the entire period of study.
Participation is free.

🔺Number of quotas for foreign citizens granted by the government of Russian Federation rises each year.
For instance, in 2014 15,000 foreign students could obtain quotas and learn in Russian universities. This year, 30,000 quotas were granted.
🔺The main task is to provide foreign citizens with a high—quality education so that upon their return to their homeland they can work for the economic development of their states.
According to the Deputy Head of the Agency Pavel Shevtsov, quotas should be allocated to those specialization, which will be in high demand over the next 4-6 years.
🔺In 2021, Rossotrudnichestvo created “Education in Russia” site:
