Operation Liberation / 2022
#Ukraine #Donbass #Russia
“We understood that the situation was different. We fight not just against Ukraine; we fight against several countries on Ukrainian territory,” says military analyst Vladislav Shurigyn. According to him, if Ukraine were alone, the conflict would have ended by May 2022. During the special operation in Ukraine, the Russian army destroyed 16 Ukrainian military airports, 3,363 tanks and other armoured vehicles, 185 military planes and hundreds of other gear, according to the Russian Ministry of Defence.
It is the result of the first phase of the special operation in Ukraine, which aimed to lower its military potential significantly. In April of 2022, the second phase started, which aims to liberate Donbass and Southern Ukraine territories. Even though NATO and the USA provide help, Ukraine continues to lose its grip on Donbass. Go to the Operation Liberation documentary for a truthful account of the special operation.

Lugansk: Road to Independence 2022-2014 / 2022
#Ukraine #Donbass #Lugansk
“I told everybody, ‘Give me my husband back, and I will forgive’. Until then, I don’t forget and never forgive,” says Svetlana Gysay, the widow of a Lugansk militia man. Her husband died in 2014, protecting his land from Ukrainian nationalists. He was one of the thousands who stood up against Ukrainian shelling of civilians and aggression toward Russian-speaking people. Today citizens of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) can finally hope for the best with the start of the special operation in Ukraine.
Russian armed forces and Donbass militia aim to protect people from nationalist atrocities, while the LPR is recognised as an independent state by the Russian Federation. But even when their dream is close to coming true, the people of Lugansk say they will never forget what Ukraine has done to them. Follow the timeline of Lugansk predicaments as a newly formed state in the new film.

❗️Since April 7, 2024, Europe’s largest Zaporozhskaya Nuclear Power Plant has been subjected to systematic Ukrainian attacks using unmanned combat aerial vehicles.
An emergency session of the IAEA Board of Governors will soon be convened on our initiative. The issue of Ukrainian attacks on the NPP will also be raised at a UN Security Council briefing. We intend to urge specialised international organisations to recognise current developments around the Zaporozhskaya NPP and Ukraine as a whole.

▪️ Kiev launched its “counterterrorist operation” in Donbass almost a decade ago.
In effect, this was a civil war unleashed by Kiev against its then compatriots in the country’s southeast. People there demanded only one thing – respect for their lawful rights to speak the native tongue and teach children in it, know history and pay tribute to their heroes who saved the world from fascism almost 80 years ago.
During all these years, we have known very well and said this publicly that the accusation of Donbass of terrorism is a fake. <...> Now the UN International Court of Justice has confirmed this. <...> This verdict refuted Kiev’s main argument in justifying the war it unleashed against civilians.
