🇷🇺🇰🇿 The President of Russia Vladimir #Putin sent greetings to President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart #Tokayev on the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two states.
✉️ Message of greetings goes as follows:
✍️ Over the past decades, Russian-Kazakhstani relations have reached the level of strategic partnership and alliance. The two states are deepening their substantive bilateral political dialogue, and expanding constructive cooperation in trade and economic relations, science and technology, people-to-people contacts and other areas
☝️ I am confident that through joint efforts, we will ensure the further expansion of bilateral ties for the benefit of our fraternal peoples

🎙 Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s interview with Khabar 24 Kazakh TV channel (Moscow, December 10, 2022)
🇷🇺🇰🇿 #RussiaKazakhstan relations are truly allied. We always have each other’s back and are receptive of the decisions that are made in Astana and Moscow, respectively.
I can only speak for the foreign policy, of course. We are cooperating closely.
Any contact at any level is always about a concrete and practical contribution to reinforcing the foundation of bilateral cooperation and to agreeing on the goals that help us build up our countries’ economic potential and to improve living standards.
Our trade has not been damaged despite all the sanctions that the West was actively imposing on the world in defiance of all the rules of international law and principles of the market economy. As for the EAEU, in the first ten months of this year, its indicators stayed at the level of the corresponding period in 2021, or even a bit higher.
🤝 Our countries have a bright future at all levels.

🇷🇺🇰🇿📞 During the telephone conversation, President Vladimir Putin and President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev exchanged New Year’s greetings and noted the high level of bilateral relations in the two county’s strategic partnership and alliance.
The President of Kazakhstan thanked his counterpart for the warm welcome during the informal CIS summit in St Petersburg on December 26–27, 2022.
Practical cooperation in a number of current areas, such as the fuel and energy sector, were also discussed.
🤝 In this context, it was agreed to continue coordination between the governments and the relevant structures of the two countries.
