▫️The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation in Ukraine.

💥During the night, high-precision air-based missiles destroyed an ammunition factory near Brovary in Kiev region.

✈️💥Operational-tactical and army aviation hit 68 military assets of Ukraine. Among them:

▫️2 radar stations for target illumination and targeting of S-300 anti-aircraft missile system near Krivaya Luka and Krasnoarmeisk as well as 1 Osa AKM anti-aircraft missile system near Severodonetsk;

▫️6 missile-artillery weapons and fuel depots, as well as 40 areas of concentration of Ukrainian military equipment and manpower in Kremennaya, Krasnyi Liman, Kolodesi, Torskoe, Yampolovka and Novoselovka.

💥Army aviation hit 4 concentrations of manpower and equipment as well as a convoy of vehicles on the march during the night. More than 50 Ukrainian servicemen, 7 IFVs and APCs and 14 armoured vehicles were destroyed.

💥Missile troops and artillery struck 814 assets, including 17 command posts, 111 artillery firing positions and 684 enemy strong points and areas manpower concentration.

💥Russian air defence means shot down 10 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles near Avdeevka, Bairak, Lozovaya, Malaya Kamyshevakha, Novoprokofievka, Pologi, Chernobayevka, Shirkoe and Yasinovataya.

📊In total, 134 aircraft, 470 unmanned aerial vehicles, 249 anti-aircraft missile systems, 2,290 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 254 multiple launch rocket systems, 992 field artillery and mortars, as well as 2,166 units of special military vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed during the operation.

▫️During the offensive to liberate Mariupol city, a special operation to free hostages held by Ukrainian Nazis in Turkish mosque was carried out in Primorskiy district on April 16 at the request of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

▫️As a result of the courageous actions of the Russian special operations group, the mosque was released and 29 militants, including foreign mercenaries, were killed.
Hostages, citizens of a CIS country, released and taken to a safe location.

▫️A Ukrainian group encircled and completely blockaded in Mariupol on the territory of the Azovstal plant has been asked to voluntarily lay down arms and surrender in order to save their lives.

▫️However, the Kiev nationalist regime, according to the radio intercept, forbade negotiations on surrender, ordering Azov Nazis to shoot on sight any willing to lay down arms among Ukrainian soldiers and foreign mercenaries.

▫️In total, according to the Ukrainian servicemen who surrendered, up to 400 foreign mercenaries are now encircled on the territory of Azovstal plant as part of the Ukrainian grouping.

▫️Most of them are citizens of European countries as well as Canada. We previously reported that radio conversations between militants in Mariupol were conducted in six foreign languages. In the case of further resistance, they will all be eliminated.

▫️Since the start of the special military operation, the Kiev nationalist regime has brought 6,824 foreign mercenaries from 63 countries to Ukraine.

▫️The largest group came from Poland - 1,717 people. About 1,500 mercenaries came from the US, Canada and also Romania. From the UK and Georgia, each up to 300 people.

▫️193 people arrived from Turkish-controlled areas of the Syrian Arab Republic.

▫️The majority of the mercenaries are now deployed in Ukrainian groups in Kiev, Kharkov, Odessa, Nikolaev and Mariupol. Their deployment in the groups is handled by the "regional coordination headquarters" of the so-called "International Legion of Defence of Ukraine" in Belaya Tserkov city.

▫️As a result of the hostilities, the number of mercenaries has steadily declined and currently stands at 4,877.

▫️Russian Armed Forces have eliminated 1,035 foreign mercenaries in combat operations. Another 912 mercenaries refused to take part in the hostilities and escaped from the country.

❗️Let me remind you that foreign mercenaries do not have the status of "combatants" under International Humanitarian Law. They came to Ukraine to make money by killing Slavs. So the best that can happen to them is criminal liability and long terms of imprisonment.

▫️The first one is a ‘staged incident under a false flag’ that is the most probable.

▫️This could include a real use of chemical and biological weapons that would cause deaths among the population or staging ‘sabotages’ from Russia at the facilities of Ukraine involved in the development of components for weapons of mass destruction.

▫️The abovementioned scenario can be implemented in the chemical and biological facilities located in Kharkov and Kiev.

▫️There also may occur a provocation in the nuclear energy facilities: above all others, it could refer to Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Station controlled by the Russian Federation. On April, 21, a convoy of 10 motor vehicles that was transporting dangerous goods to the nuclear station was stopped and turned about to Zaporozhye.

▫️In addition, the leadership of Ukraine is seriously considering striking at the radioactive waste storage facility at the former Pridneprovsky Chemical Plant in the village of Kamenskoye in Dnipropetrovsk Region.

🗂The Ministry of Defense has documents confirming the critical condition of the storage facility and the inappropriate spending of funds allocated by the European Union for the maintenance of the facility.

▫️The second one refers to a ‘Maximally covert use of weapons of mass destruction in small volumes’ for neutralising the will power and the capacity to resist within the fulfilment of a particular operational task.

▫️This scenario was supposed to be implemented in ‘Azovstal’. But the order of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief to cancel the assault of the entity has frustrated the plans of the Pentagon.

▫️The third and the least probable one is the ‘overt use of weapons of mass destruction at a combat area’ in case of failure to succeed in using conventional armaments in the combat zone.

▫️This scenario was considered for Slavyansk and Kramatorsk that had been transformed into fortified towns.

▫️The high probability of staging the application of chemical arms is confirmed by the facts of the supply of antidotes with toxic substances to Ukraine. Only in 2022, on request of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine, more than 220 thousand of vials with atropines. This fact is an evidence of a targeted preparation of a provocation that includes the use of toxic nerve-paralytic substances.

​​The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation possesses the information related to the preparation of provocations by the United States of America in order to accuse the Russian Armed Forces of using chemical, biological or tactical nuclear weapons. This plan has already been developed and represents a response to the success of Russia in conducting the special military operation.

▫️Only in March and April senior officials of the Western countries have been making regular provocative ‘warning’ statements. The mass media propagate the points about the possibility of using weapons of mass destructions by Russia.

▫️For example, the National Security Advisor J.Sullivan has commented on Biden’s words that the USA “in kind” to the possible use of weapons of mass destructions by our country. ​​Staged use of WMD is aimed at accusing Russia of using prohibited weapons with the subsequent implementation of the so-called «Syrian scenario», in which the state is subjected to economic and political isolation, as well as exclusion from international organizations, including the UN Security Council.

▫️A possible way forward is to put pressure on the countries loyal to and friendly to the Russian Federation, including India and China, to compel them to impose sanctions on our country.

❗️We would like to recall that the Russian Federation completely destroyed its chemical arsenal on September 27, 2017, which is confirmed by an OPCW certificate. In turn, the United States, with its strong financial, economic and technical potential, is the only country party to the Chemical Weapons Convention that still possesses an impressive arsenal of chemical warfare agents (672.5 tons).

▫️CIA Director Burns' statement about Russia's possible use of tactical nuclear weapons is absurd. With the current level of technical equipment of the international nuclear test monitoring system, it is impossible to conceal the use of such weapons. If the CIA director does not understand this, then he is either unprofessional, or he is being misled.

▫️The biological weapons programs in the USSR were completely phased out in 1972. At the same time, the number of U.S. biological laboratories is incomparable to other countries. According to the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Washington controls 336 laboratories in 30 countries, which is of great concern.

▫️As part of a tour through Western parliaments to collect weapons for 'defending Europe and democracy', Zelensky, speaking to Norwegian Storting MPs on March 30, accused Russia of allegedly 'mining the sea' and blocking foreign ships in Ukrainian ports.

▫️Given Zelensky's ignorance of the real situation outside Kiev and the activities of his own subordinates, we officially inform.

▫️Between February 25 and March 4, the remnants of the Ukrainian navy's mine clearing forces planted about 420 sea anchor mines of the YaM-1 type in the waters of Black and Azov seas, 370 in the Black Sea and 50 in the Azov Sea.

▫️As a result of stormy conditions in the Black Sea and due to poor technical condition, about 10 Ukrainian mines have had their bottom anchor wires broken.

▫️Since then, under the influence of wind and surface flows, the Ukrainian mines have drifted freely southwards in the western part of the Black Sea.

▫️One Ukrainian mine was recently discovered and neutralised by Turkish sailors. The second Ukrainian mine is neutralised in Romanian territorial waters.

▫️No one can know where the remaining Ukrainian mines are drifting today. The leadership of the Kiev nationalist regime, which by its criminal actions has created a direct mine threat to the transport and cargo ships of all Black Sea countries, is even more so.

▫️As for Zelensky's lie about allegedly blocking around 100 foreign ships in Ukrainian ports, we explain.

▫️Ukrainian authorities are currently forcibly detaining 68 vessels belonging to Turkey, China, Switzerland, Greece, Malta Panama, Marshall Islands, Sierra Leone, Comoros, Belize, Liberia, Cayman Islands, Denmark, Syria in Chernomorsk, Odessa and Nikolaev ports .

▫️At the same time, the Russian Federation daily from 08:00 to 19:00 Moscow time opens a safe corridor of 80 nautical miles wide for these vessels to leave the territorial waters of Ukraine in the south-western direction.

▫️However, the crews of the ships in question told us in radio conversations that any departure of a foreign vessel from Ukrainian ports was forbidden by the Ukrainian authorities under threat of immediate sinking.

🔹in Ugledar, Donetsk People's Republic, nationalist fighters have equipped barracks, firing positions and ammunition storage sites in a polyclinic (Molodezhnaya Street), heavy equipment and artillery, mortar positions and MANPADs on the roof of the building have been placed in the immediate vicinity and in the adjoining territory;

🔹in Bilozerskoye, Donetsk People's Republic, neo-Nazis have equipped a stronghold and ammunition and arms depots in the city hospital (Festivalnaya Street) without evacuating nearby residents;

🔹in Dobroslav and Krasnoselka, Liman District, Odessa Region, militants of Ukrainian armed formations are using hospital buildings and ambulance stations as command posts and barracks, while all patients, regardless of their state of health, as well as patients in maternity wards with newborn babies were cynically kicked out of medical facilities, and medical personnel who tried to prevent the inhuman actions of neo-Nazis were physically abused.

▫️Once again, we call on all international organisations, especially the World Health Organisation, to influence official Kiev and take effective measures to prevent the use of medical infrastructure for military purposes.

⚡️ Russian Defence Ministry report on the progress of the special military operation in Ukraine (Part 2)

❗️Bloody provocation was purposefully perpetrated by Kiev regime tonight.

▫️US-made HIMARS MLRS struck a detention centre near Elenovka, where Ukrainian servicemen, including Azov fighters, are being held.

▫️40 Ukrainian POWs were killed and 75 injured. In addition, 8 employees of detention centre were injured to varying degrees of severity.

▫️A large number of Ukrainian soldiers are now voluntarily laying down their arms, knowing the humane treatment of prisoners of war on the Russian side.
