On the Day of Mourning and Remembrance, the #WeRemember action took place. Hundreds of people came out to the rally in defense of the historical truth. They wrote the names of their ancestors, into whose lives the war broke out on 22 June, 1941, on paper ships that were launched into the Dnieper River as a sign of respect for the Heroes who defended our Motherland. The heirs of the victors honour the memory of the True Heroes.

On May 8, 55 years ago, in Moscow, the memorial architectural ensemble "Grave of the Unknown Soldier" was opened near the Kremlin Wall in the Alexander Garden. It is dedicated to all those who died in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, as well as to the hero cities and cities of military glory.
Many people still cannot find where their relatives who died during the war are buried, but they can always come to the Grave of the Unknown Soldier, lay flowers, remember those who did not return from the war and their immortal feat.
