The Monumental Sculpture at Hedonist Restaurant, Uluwatu, Bali
This is the creation of world-renowned artist Aleksandr Milov, known for his iconic installations like the Love sculpture at Burning Man and The Moon on Bali. Aleksandr envisioned this work as a symbolic face that feels, senses, and listens to the surrounding world.
We are thrilled to have this collaboration with him on this project. Aleksandr brought us in at the stage of working with the digital foundation — a 3D scan of Yulia Malahova's face, which became the basis of the entire piece.
Thanks to our algorithmic approach, we could rapidly experiment with the form and instantly recalculate all parameters. These technologies allow us to easily implement even the most complex tasks. The final sculpture was assembled by Aleksandr's team in Indonesia, using our digital blueprints with millimeter precision in record time
But this is more than engineering — it's philosophy and magic. Aleksandr's vision carries a deeper idea: the sculpture's inner surface will become a canvas for an AI-driven projection, creating a face that listens and predicts the future.

All U (Head of Parametric Box) reflects on the project: Aleksandr is my friend. More than that — he's the kind of partner I can count on when the work demands everything you've got. We built something together, he and I, and I'm damn proud of it. The sculpture lives. It bends with the wind like a tree that's learned to survive, and it holds our thoughts the way good steel holds its temper.

The Magic of Attraction 🚁
In architecture, beauty isn’t just a luxury — it’s a multiplier. It creates emotional value that directly converts into financial return.
Ever wondered why people line up in Zhuhai to pay for a 3-minute helicopter ride? People pay for the emotion — the one they’ll remember.
Here’s a business strategy most developers overlook:
→ Build one iconic architectural object — a visual masterpiece that becomes the symbol of a place.
→ Around it, construct simpler buildings with a view of that icon.
→ These “view buildings” are cheaper to build, but sell at a premium.
That’s when the magic kicks in:
— Restaurants with view terraces
— Hotels offering “the view”
— Basic apartments priced like luxury
— Photo studios, galleries, souvenir shops
— Business rentals at a premium
This is how one landmark building becomes the anchor of an entire business ecosystem. And you don’t need to build the icon to benefit from it. Even small investors can enter the game — by positioning themselves in the right location.
📌 The formula is simple:
Iconic architecture → Area value increases → Premium real estate → Ecosystem growth → Passive income
In a world of identical boxes, architectural uniqueness doesn’t just stand out — it creates capital. It elevates neighborhoods, businesses, and returns.
At Parametric Box, we study and design around this principle. Not just for beauty — but as a business strategy.
If you’re thinking about development or investment, don’t just calculate square meters — think about emotional capital. Sometimes, one powerful architectural gesture can reshape the entire playing field.

When the city paints the sky.
In Moscow City, there are nights when clouds drift low enough that the building’s uplights turn them into a moving canvas. For a moment, skyscrapers don’t just define the skyline — they draw on it, casting shadows that ripple across the mist.
It happens when dense clouds and upward beams align perfectly, letting architecture interact with the atmosphere itself. Buildings stop being static; they move with the wind, dissolve into fog, and leave their mark on the sky.
Usually, we look up at towers — but in these moments, it feels like they’re looking back, reminding us that architecture’s realm extends far beyond the ground.
A rare and amusing phenomenon, when the city and weather together create something you don’t see every day.

Wave in Marble and Shadow
This Dior Femme facade at Place Vendôme, Lusail, Qatar doesn’t rely on logos to make a statement — it speaks through form.
Designed by New York–based studio Aranda\Lasch, the 22-meter-tall structure reinterprets couture techniques as architecture. Dozens of marble-like solid-surface lamellas, each precisely bent and fused into a single translucent skin, create a wave that glows from within.
Every fin is angled with intention. Light plays across the surface throughout the day, shifting it from calm to kinetic depending on your perspective. From one angle — stillness. From another — movement.

Parametric Bionic Architecture | SubD in Grasshopper | Tutorial & Presentation
This project started with a sketch — a 2D outline that captured an idea. But transforming an idea into buildable geometry takes more than form. It takes process.
At Parametric Box, we developed the parametric engine that converted this sketch into a 3D model. Using our proprietary SubD algorithms in Grasshopper, we built a responsive system that adapts to curves, handles variation, and keeps the construction logic intact.
The result: a bionic structure with dynamic surfaces, modeled with precision, but shaped like clay. This tutorial shows how complex geometry becomes manageable when you build with the right tools — and the right logic.
While the initial sketch was created by the chief architect of NIKO Architect, the full 3D modeling, algorithmic workflow, and SubD development are the intellectual property of Parametric Box.
Now you can.

Parametrics Meets Machine Vision
The path from idea to embodiment used to be long. Today, it’s measured in iterations — fast, adaptive, and data-driven. We engage in a dialogue with the system: it refines, suggests, learns — and at times, reveals new logics within the form.
When we say we use AI in our work, we don’t mean “simplification” — nor are we just talking about speeding up the process. We design with algorithms that see structure, rhythm, and constraints not as barriers, but as material.
After years of hands-on practice, we’ve mastered how to work with AI. At Parametric Box, we now create expressive, high-complexity parametric objects by pairing neural tools with an operator who could work without them — but chooses not to. Together, they operate at a different level.
We speak to the machine in a language made for the machine — and that’s powerful.
That’s what it means to build with time in mind.
