I do not accept payments from fixed float or flagged wallets on exchange. If your funds are stuck in pending status you are not entitled to payment until it has cleared.
I am receiving funds for 100% honest & legitimate business purposes only. If your business has questionable practices I do not want your money I will refund it and I will report business to authorities.
You are responsible for any fees incurred from your crypto provider (e.g wise, Coinbase, binance etc). We only send what we have available on hand.
If any disputes are noted you will not be entitled to refund and you will be reported to collections.
We reserve the right to refund your customers directly or hold funds as a result of disputes if funds are sent.
As my customer you are responsible for giving the correct payment information.

Wise: As the sender your funds will be released as soon as they have fully cleared our wise to our bank. This means when we get funds they must clear both wise and our bank. This may take 12-72 hours upon rare circumstances. You agree you are the sender and you are not a third party.
