Entry is free for now. Although, before the court decision, no actions of the Ministry of Culture on the territory of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra can be legal. In addition, any "Acts of acceptance and transfer" must be signed with both sides "transfer" must not be confused with "capture".
This building was constructed 1839 - there were monastic cells here. In 1872, the Church of all Venerable was opened on the second floor. In 1924, the Bolsheviks appropriated this building along with the entire Lavra. The temple was devastated, and in its place the Soviet authorities opened an exhibition hall (familiar story?) and since 1991 nothing has been returned to the Church.
🙏 In 2002, by the forces of the #UOC #monastery, the #church in honor of All Venerable of the Caves was again equipped and opened in the premise.
