Мы молодая команда из RC Studio.💪Мы занимаемся разработкой очень интересной rougelike игры с пошаговой боевой системой и кучей разных билдов и механик.
Вы будете активно участвовать в формировании процессов, работать с современными технологиями и самостоятельно принимать решения.

Обязанности:

Настраивать игровой баланс;
Проектировать баланс для новых и старых фичей;
Ребаланс уже существующих фичей;
Взаимодействовать с отделом аналитики, разработчиками и геймдизайнерами;
Оценивать эффективность механик и внутриигровых событий;

Требования:
Опыт расчёта баланса игровых систем;

Знание теории вероятности и математической статистики;

Навыки работы с аналитическими инструментами (таблицы, аналитика, гипотезы, АБ-тесты).

Условия:
Гибкий подход к работе;
Дружный коллектив крутых специалистов, готовых делиться опытом;

Требования:
Портфолио 2D/3D видеороликов для игр.
Высокий уровень владения After Effects, Blender или Cinema4D.
Опыт работы с VFX (система частиц, физика, шейдеры) и создание симуляций (жидкости, сыпучие материалы).
