📌 Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Design, train & implement state-of-the-art ML models 🔹 Improve model performance & optimize architectures 🔹 Develop tools for model monitoring & data accuracy 🔹 Enhance AI processes within the team 🔹 Lead and mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists
✅ Requirements: 🔹 5+ years as a Senior/Lead Data Scientist in Voice Assistant/NLP projects 🔹 Proven experience managing and mentoring a team 🔹 Expertise in transformers & fine-tuning 🔹 Experience in NER, fact extraction, NLU tasks (bonus) 🔹 Familiarity with search engines & recommendation systems (bonus) 🔹 Ability to translate business needs into AI solutions 🔹 English level: B1–B2+ (Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate)
