- Iran to China: 1,504,054
- Russia to India: 390,148
- Russia to China: 366,589
- Venezuela to China: 325,474
- Iran to UAE: 200,992
- Iran to Syria: 70,522
- Russia to Turkey: 64,073
- Saudi Arabia to India: 59,285
Note: Only 1/3rd of the Dark Fleet has actually been blacklisted by @USTreasury, and 1/3rd of those blacklisted have an Iranian flag. A lot more could be done to strengthen compliance. #OOTT
