Hey E.T Fam! I’m coming to you all today to bring you an update on the developments in the market and hopefully quell some of those fears. I’m sure that you all don’t need for me to tell you how much fear is in the market at this time. However, the market looks like it might be starting to bottom out. While this is occurring, it’s important to peel back the layers to see what you can find. A brief look at the on chain metrics will tell you that while BTC prices might be in the red, whale accumulation is still occurring.

Though things might be looking bleak for fungible tokens, NFTs are still experiencing bullish momentum. Konami celebrated Castlevania’s 35th birthday by releasing NFTs. Samsung is strengthening its exposure to NFTs and the metaverse. A few days ago, it was announced that there would be NFT support within their 2022 TVs. Yesterday, news was released that they will be opening their flagship store in Decentraland.

Today, it was announced that Disney will be building its own metaverse. This is playing perfectly into our thesis. We’ve been beating the drum on gaming and the metaverse. Now, we are seeing proof that those two sectors are huge catalysts that will keep crypto alive and thriving. It will take an extreme amount of dedication and focus to succeed. The days of stumbling into 10x gains are rapidly drying up. In times of turmoil, the most important thing is survival.

However, it looks like there’s a little sliver of light showing as we’ve seen a bit of a bounce with BTC. However, things will still be rather shaky for the better half of the week while we await the decisions from the FOMC. Most veterans will be using the market bounces as a chance to de-risk and gain a bit more dry powder to DCA into a fe opportunities.

The most important thing to remember is to operate with CAUTION. With that being said, Web3 is still the only way forward. So, the belief in crypto is still alive and well. Also, we’re still seeing that NFTs and gaming want nothing to do with the bearish crypto narrative. We’re totally here for it.

What’s good E.T Fam? Happy Hump Day! Well Fam, today is the day that we’ve been waiting on. The FOMC meeting has concluded and good ol J Powell has delivered the Fed’s decision. It seems that they’ve chosen to take a bit of a dovish and hawkish approach with things leaning more towards hawkish. Now, I won’t lie to you all, this isn’t the outcome that we hoped for. However, it is indeed an outcome that we knew was possible.

It isn’t particularly bullish, but it’s not particularly a bearish nuke either. Right now, we’re still waiting to see exactly how the markets will react. I’m not taking any drastic actions at the moment. Patience will be the key moving forward. We aren’t expected to see the first rate hike until March.

So, there may be more relief bounces in the near future. There’s also a possibility of the markets stabilizing for the time being, but it’s still a shaky situation. Don’t fret. The plan is to keep bringing you all useful content and to continue building. This is the moment where the cream will rise to the top, and the weak will fade away.

The latest – and biggest – situation that has taken front n center is the drama that has erupted around the collapse of TIME.

This ultimately led to the founder – Daniele Sestagalli – being accused of engaging in nefarious activity….which then led to his CFO – 0xSifu – being exposed by Zachxbt as a habitual scammer. This has also led to fears of MIM collapsing as a result. If you have no idea what I’m talking about or who any of the named parties are, don’t worry. In other news, Biden is set to issue an Executive Order surrounding crypto. I guess this is the first attempt at the regulation they’ve been threatening with throughout 2021.

Let’s see where this goes. Lastly, the ETH-BSC bridge of Qubit Finance was hacked for $80M today. There’s never a dull moment smh. Today we’re going to go through these blowups play by play in an attempt to extract some lessons on what not to do, as well as what to watch out for in crypto.
