Role responsibilities:
• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns across Web3 channels, including social media, performance marketing, influencer marketing, brand media to grow brand awareness and increase the project community at scale
• Develop long-term project roadmaps and leverage deep channel expertise to drive strategic product growth across channels, achieving KPI & goals.
• Develop and execute special marketing projects according to the strategy containing narratives, channels, instruments, key deliverables, rollouts, timeline, and budget to drive user engagement and retention
• Monitor progress of marketing projects, gather analytics, and report on campaigns and channels to optimize results
• Orchestrate cross-functional team work to execute the strategy and amplify the overall results
• Coordinate and execute comprehensive community management strategies across social media (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.) and community platforms (Zealy, Galxe, Guild, TaskOn, etc.)
• Implement Web3 based software and marketing technologies for analytics and user attribution
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Web3, Crypto & blockchain-based tech
• 3+ years of experience in senior position or leading teams in the digital marketing field
• Experience managing campaigns across different platforms: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Instagram, TikTok (Web3 platforms: Zealy, Galxe, Guild, TaskOn, etc. is a plus)
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively take ownership, lead, organize, prioritize, strategically plan, execute, and consistently produce deliverables on time
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadline-oriented projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions, structured approach

Seeking an experienced Cryptocurrency Marketing expert at content creation, strategic partnerships, influencer engagement, and negotiation. Must have 3+ years of crypto marketing experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for industry trends.
Responsibilities:
• Marketing strategy:
• Analyzing and defining marketing strategy for product promotion.
• Defining marketing channels for customer engagement.
• Preparing marketing plan and budget.
• Content Creation:
• Developing engaging and informative content about cryptocurrencies and blockchain.
• Adapting content for various channels, including social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
• Strategic Partnership Search:
• Conducting market analysis to identify potential partners and opportunities for joint initiatives.
• Establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with key industry players.
• Interaction with Influencers:
• Identifying, contacting, and establishing partnerships with cryptocurrency influencers and opinion leaders.
• Organizing joint events and publications to increase brand visibility.
• Negotiation Management:
• Participating in negotiations with potential partners, influencers, and other key industry stakeholders.
• Concluding and maintaining partnership agreements and arrangements for mutual benefit.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain marketing.
• Deep knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, trends, and blockchain technologies.
• Skills in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in the crypto sphere.
• Experience managing advertising campaigns using cryptocurrency resources.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to continuously learn and keep up with new trends in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.

KOL BD Manager at Gate.io (CIS)
Responsibilities:
• Identify and build relationships with local KOLs/influencers/communities, to achieve user growth and transaction volume growth.
• As a representative of Gate, to maintain good relationship with KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long term cooperation
• Be responsible for the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategy, track and analyze channel cooperation results and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
• Keep abreast of local industry developments trends and competitor movements and strategize corresponding actions
Qualifications:
• University graduate, background in business development or marketing in Crypto/Fintech industry is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• In depth knowledge of affiliate marketing in the industry
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate about the cryptocurrency industry
• Work well under pressure, strong in execution
(Bingx, Bitget, MEXC, OKX, Bybit background will be an advantage)

• Develop KOL marketing strategies, track and analyze channel cooperation results, and make timely adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor movements in the CIS region and devise corresponding strategic actions.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in KOL BD within the CIS market at a cryptocurrency exchange (experience as a KOL BD lead is preferred).
• Fluent in Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of KOL BD in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Passionate about the cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and execute efficiently.
