Business Development / B2B Sales Manager


We're seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development / B2B Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of our innovative collaborative marketing platform. As a Business Development / B2B Sales Manager at Tookey.io, you'll play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with clients and partners within the thriving Web3 ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
• Become an expert in Tookey.io's comprehensive suite of collaborative marketing solutions, including cost-effective collaborative quest giveaways and media publishing for Web3 projects.
• Proactively identify and qualify potential clients within the Web3 and blockchain industry.
• Develop and execute effective cold outreach campaigns to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
• Generate 100+ dialogs per day.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the Web3 ecosystem.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
• A deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain, and their applications.
• Proven track record in building strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Strong skills in setting cold outreach campaigns.
• A strong personal network within the Web3 community.

BD Head - Top 30 CEX

Responsibilities:
• Identify and build relationships with KOLs in the CIS region to drive user growth and transaction volume.
• Maintain strong relationships with KOLs and marketing channels to ensure long-term cooperation.
• Develop KOL marketing strategies, track and analyze channel cooperation results, and make timely adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor movements in the CIS region and devise corresponding strategic actions.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in KOL BD within the CIS market at a cryptocurrency exchange (experience as a KOL BD lead is preferred).
• Fluent in Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of KOL BD in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Passionate about the cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and execute efficiently.
(Preference given to candidates with Binance, Bingx, Bitget, MEXC, OKX, Bybit backgrounds.)

Salary:
• Base salary of 5000-8000 USDT + commissions.
• Remote work available globally, with additional preference for candidates based in the CIS region.
