The unit is led by Hero of Russia Lieutenant Colonel Yevgeny Khabarov.

Each serviceman of the parade formation is a model of personal courage and bravery. In parade formation seven heroes of the Russian Federation, 24 holders of the Order 'For Courage'.

Parade formations of the motorised column began to move along Red Square.

Traditionally, the march of military hardware is opened by the legendary tank of the Great Patriotic War — T-34 under the battle banner of the 1st Guards Red Banner Tank Army. Senior Lieutenant Aleksandr Vorobyov commands the crew of the legendary T-34 tank.

At these minutes a motorised column of the Strategic Missile Forces is passing by the stands.

It includes autonomous launchers of the Yars missile system of the 54th Guards Missile Division. Lieutenant Colonel Nikolai Golubev commands the parade formation.

Today, missile soldiers make full use of the highly mobile capabilities of the complex, its ability to strike a target anywhere in the world.

The missile formations armed with the Yars complexes remain a formidable force of nuclear deterrence and a reliable guarantor of the security of the Russian Federation.
