▫️The most likely scenario of the staging may be an imitation of a missile strike by the Russian Armed Forces on the western naval base of the Ukrainian Navy, as a result of which the port's cooling plant, located 500 meters from the military facility, will be blown up. To implement this scenario, a tank with ammonia (10 tons) was delivered from Odessa to the territory of the enterprise on April 18, 2022, and personal protective equipment was issued to law enforcement and special services in the Odessa region.

🇷🇺 Russian servicemen deliver humanitarian aid to people in need in Lugansk Region

▫️They brought to Lugansk region exactly the foodstuffs that the local population needed most. The list of foodstuff included butter, cereals, flour, stewed meat, sugar, onions, sweets and drinking water.

🇺🇦The Kiev regime has not ceased its attempts at provocations to accuse the Russian Armed Forces of war crimes.

▫️Another such staging with the alleged deaths of civilians as a result of fabricated shelling by Russian units has been prepared by experts of the information and psychological operations of the AFU for its presentation to the world public in the coming days.

▫️The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation in Ukraine.

💥High-precision air-launched missiles of the Russian Aerospace Forces have neutralised 4 military facilities of Ukraine overnight.

▫️The neutralised facilities include 2 areas of manpower and military equipment concentration of the enemy, 2 artillery-missile armament munitions depots near Barvenkovo and Ivanovka.

✈️💥Operational-tactical and army aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces have neutralised 67 military facilities of Ukraine over the past 24 hours.

▫️The neutralised facilities include 2 company strongpoints, 2 large artillery-missile armament and fuel depots in Preobrazhenka and Orekhov, as well as 55 manpower and military equipment concentration points of the enemy.

▫️The attacks have resulted in the elimination of more than 300 nationalists and up to 40 armoured and motor vehicles.

💥Missile troops and artillery have performed 408 fire tasks overnight.

▫️The neutralised targets are 18 command posts and 383 manpower and Ukrainian military equipment concentration points.

💥Russian air defence means have shot down 1 Su-24 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force over Nikolaevka, Lugansk People's Republic.

▫️5 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles have been destroyed near Veselogorovka, Zatishnoe, Novomikhaylovka, Lyubimovka and Kharkov.

📊In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, the destroyed military equipment includes 142 aircraft, 111 helicopters, 614 unmanned aerial vehicles, 276 anti-aircraft missile systems, 2,623 tanks and other armoured combat vehicles, 299 multiple rocket launchers, 1,146 field artillery and mortars, as well as 2,431 special military motor vehicles.

❗️On April 27, at about 23:00 (MSK), the Ukrainian Armed Forces have launched a massive attack using Tochka-U ballistic missiles and multiple rocket launchers at residential areas of the central part of Kherson.

▫️The indiscriminate missile attack launched by the nationalists targeted kindergartens, schools and various social facilities in residential areas near Ushakova avenue.

▫️Russian air defence units have repelled the attack of the Ukrainian troops launched at the residential areas of Kherson.

▫️12 high-powered projectiles of a multiple rocket launcher and 2 Ukrainian Tochka-U ballistic missiles have been shot down over the city. The fragments of one of the Ukrainian Tochka-U missiles has landed in Shevchenkovsky Park.

▫️The Kiev nationalist regime's indiscriminate attacks on residential areas of Izyum and Kherson are a war crime and a gross violation of international humanitarian law.

⚠️The humanitarian situation in regions under the control of the Kiev authorities is rapidly deteriorating and approaching a critical level.

❗️According to the UN Children's Fund, there are 8.7 million hungry people in Ukraine, with 22.8 per cent of children under the age of five suffering from malnutrition.

▫️At the same time, the Kiev regime, despite acute food shortages and the threat of a food crisis, neglecting the welfare of its own people, is "ready for anything" to please countries of the collective West, which, hypocritically claiming humanitarian support, seek to export grain from Ukraine as quickly as possible through the so-called "solidarity corridors" engaged by the European Union, with absolutely no concern about what will happen in the country after the emptying of Ukrainian grain storage facilities.

▫️All this is happening against the background of the unceasing hysteria of the "civilised West" and their false accusations against the Russian Federation of artificially creating a food crisis in the world.

⚡️Emergency statement Head of the Russian Federation Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response - Head of the National Centre for State Defence Control of the Russian Federation, Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev:

▫️The Ukrainian side has requested a humanitarian corridor to evacuate civilians (women, children and the elderly) at Azot chemical plant in Severodonetsk to Kiev-controlled territory in Lisichansk.

▫️Taking into account that on June 13, 2022, the last bridge over the Seversky Donets River towards Lisichansk was blown up by the Ukrainian armed forces on the orders of the Kiev authorities in order to prevent the retreat of the territorial defence units, it is not possible to safely evacuate in this direction.

▫️Nationalist battalion fighters, retreating from residential areas of Severodonetsk, deliberately drove hundreds of civilians out of the city into the industrial zone of Azot chemical plant in order to use them as human shield.

▫️Understanding the hopelessness of the situation of their armed formations, we consider the appeal by the Ukrainian side for the alleged rescue of civilians to be an attempt to withdraw the surrounded surviving units. Thus, there are all signs of a repeat of Mariupol scenario.

▫️The Russian Armed Forces and formations of the Lugansk People's Republic are ready to conduct a humanitarian operation to evacuate civilians, following humane principles.

▫️For this purpose, a humanitarian corridor is opening on June 15, 2022 from 08:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. (Moscow time) in the northern direction (to Svatovo, Lugansk People's Republic).

▫️Safe evacuation of all civilians, without exception, and their transport in humanitarian convoys to temporary accommodation centres are guaranteed.

▫️We suggest that the militants of the nationalist battalions and foreign mercenaries stationed at Azot plant cease all hostilities and release the civilians they are holding through this humanitarian corridor from 08:00 a.m. (Moscow time) on June 15, 2022, as well as stop senseless resistance and lay down their arms.

▫️The Russian Federation guarantees the preservation of lives and the observance of all norms of the Geneva Convention for the treatment of prisoners of war, as has already happened to your comrades who previously surrendered in Mariupol.

▫️The actual readiness of the Ukrainian side to start a humanitarian operation is indicated by the raising of white flags.

▫️Once again, we call on the official authorities in Kiev to show prudence and give appropriate instructions to the militants to stop their senseless resistance and withdraw from the territory of Azot plant.

▫️This statement is immediately brought to the Ukrainian side through the Ukrainian deputy prime minister, Irina Vereshchuk, via the operational channels of communication.
