🚛Russian servicemen deliver more than 10 tonnes of humanitarian aid to residents of Shipovatoe and Khatnei, Kharkov Region

▫️Russian Armed Forces servicemen accompanied by the military police delivered basic necessities and food kits.

▫️The humanitarian aid was distributed in the centre of the settlements to all the residents in need, with families with young children and the elderly being the first to receive it.

▫️It took several days for the locals to receive the aid, as they were left without basic necessities.

❗️New false staged provocations to accuse the Russian Armed Forces of allegedly abusing the population of Ukraine are being prepared by the Kiev regime under the guidance of the British intelligence services in Sumy region.

❗️Representatives of the Ukrainian and Western media have been invited to Seredina Buda town in Sumy Region, which was formerly under the control of Russian troops, to conduct staged video footage. In order to conceal the provocation and prevent it from being exposed by real witnesses, a curfew has been imposed in the city and the local population has been forcibly evicted from the places where the filming took place.

▫️In Nizhnyaya Syrovatka near Sumy, bodies are being dragged into one of the basements of residential buildings to be presented as allegedly another victim of the Russian Army. As conceived by the "British filmmakers", units of Russian troops allegedly massacred and humiliated civilians as they withdrew. Another fake will be promoted by the Western media in the very near future. Its aim is to further increase Russophobia against the backdrop of Europe's rapidly developing economic crisis.

❗️Please note that Russian troops withdrew from this location three weeks ago - on March 20. Such events, if they really happened, could not have failed to become public in such a long period. Moreover, the Kiev regime is looking for any reasons to accuse Russia of genocide of the Ukrainians. A whole network of foreign information-psychological influences on the population is currently operating in Ukraine, producing "dirty tricks" on a professional basis. We will see the results of their anti-Russian activities more than once.

▫️The Ukrainian authorities also make extensive use of interested countries and non-profit organisations.

▫️For example, the French leadership has sent a group of French servicemen and the Gendarmerie to Ukraine to collect information on alleged crimes committed by Russian servicemen, together with representatives of the "International Commission on Missing Persons" (created at the initiative of the USA).

▫️On April 11, French special operations forces personnel, together with technical experts from the French Gendarmerie and the Interior Ministry, arrived in Ukraine via Germany and Poland through the so-called "diplomatic corridor".

Given the partisanship of these "experts", there is no hope of an impartial investigation. Apparently, their main areas of activity will be to cover up numerous war crimes against the population of Ukraine and the Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics committed by the Ukrainian authorities over the last eight years, as well as fabricating accusations against the Russian Armed Forces.

​​⚠️ We continue to carefully record the facts of the inhumane treatment of civilians and use of residential buildings, educational institutions, cultural buildings and other social infrastructure facilities for military purposes by Ukrainian armed groups:

🔹 in Zaporozhye, in the Children's Art Palace (Zaporozhskaya sq.), nationalists have deployed a strongpoint, an armament and munitions depot, as well as firing and sniper positions along the perimeter of the institution and at the upper floors of nearest residential buildings;

🔹 in Kramatorsk, Donetsk People's Republic, in the residence of technological vocational school (Uralskaya st.) and in the gymnasium №1 (Arkhangelskaya st.), militants of Ukrainian nationalist groups have deployed barracks, as well as armoured equipment and large-calibre artillery at Yubileyny park;

🔹 in Bakhmut, Donetsk People's Republic, in the industrial vocational college (Chaykovskogo st.), AFU units have deployed provisional bases, as well as armoured equipment, mortar positions and heavy artillery at the adjacent territory. Militants restrict local residents to leave their houses, all their attempts to evacuate to safe areas are severely suppressed.

❗️ These facts show the inhumane treatment of the Ukrainian authorities to the civilian population and their total disregard to the international humanitarian law. Despite the repeated statements by the Joint Coordination Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Humanitarian Response, this kind of cynical acts committed by the Kiev regime have been ignored by the international society until now.

⚠️ In addition, according to reliable information, the Kiev regime is preparing another provocation in Odessa for accusing Russian Armed Forces of assassination civilians (including minors) and deliberate destroying civilian infrastructure using cluster munitions prohibited by international agreements.

▫️ In order to implement this provocation, up to 20 representatives of foreign mass media, as well as employees of the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) had been transported to Odessa from June 26 to 28, 2022.

▫️ In case of attacks launched by units of Russian Armed Forces at the bases of Ukrainian armed groups, the military administration of Odessa region plans to simulate the destruction of a social facility where a crowd of actors (up to 30 anti-Russian activists) have been prepared to play the role of murdered and wounded people.

▫️ All the participants of the staged scenes are to be paid 500 USD, while each of them has already been paid 100 USD in advance.

❗️ We warn the international society and organisations that this and other similar fakes about the alleged atrocities of the Russians fabricated by Ukrainian authorities with support of western supervisors are planned to be widespread in mass media. We emphasise again that the Russian Federation Armed Forces do not launch attacks at civilian infrastructure facilities and treat civilians with an exclusive humanity during the special military operation.

⚠️ It has been reliably elicited that Ukrainian nationalists are preparing another cynical provocation with deaths amongst civilian population to accuse the Russian Armed Forces of launching indiscriminate attacks against civilian facilities in Slavyansk, Donetsk People's Republic. With this purpose, in the orphanage 'Topolyok' (Bulvarnaya st.), neo-Nazis have been retaining the staff of this institution.

🔹in Avdeyevka, Donetsk People's Republic, in the courtyard of a multi-storey residential building (Tsentralny ave.), militants of Ukrainian nationalist groups have deployed their manpower, heavy armament and armoured equipment. Residents are prohibited to abandon their apartments under the pretext of security.

🔹in Zaporozhye, in the gymnasium №71 (Mayakovskogo ave.), units of AFU and nationalist groups have concentrated their manpower, firing positions and munitions depots;

🔹in Zmiyev, Kharkov region, in the school №2 (Kharkovskaya st.), neo-Nazis have deployed their firing positions, as well as a munitions depot in the basement of the building;

🔹in Seversk, Donetsk People's Republic, in the residential buildings (Zarechnaya st, Tikhaya st.), nationalists of Ukrainian armed groups have deployed their manpower and perform robberies.

▫️Feeling a complete impunity, militants have shown particular cruelty and cynicism against the residents of the city, including elderly people, women and children.

▫️These acts commited by Ukrainian authorities show again their inhumane treatment to the lives of Ukrainian citizens and total disregard to all moral norms and principles of the international humanitarian law.

⚠️ Despite the threat of a food crisis and disregarding the well-being of their own people, the Kiev authorities are carrying out further provocations at agricultural facilities to accuse the Russian military of allegedly indiscriminate strikes against civilian targets and threatening Ukraine's food security:

🔹in Kalinovka, Bakhmut district of Donetsk People's Republic, neo-Nazis have deployed artillery and MLRS at a grain storage facility, from which they systematically shell positions of the Russian Armed Forces, provoking them to return fire;

🔹in Zaporozhye, Nikolaev, Kharkov and Kherson regions, AFU servicemen together with fighters from nationalist battalions are purposefully torching fields with crops using helicopters and artillery.

▫️These and other similar provocations by the Ukrainian authorities are taking place against a backdrop of ongoing hysteria by so called civilized West and their false accusations against the Russian Federation of artificially creating a food crisis in the world. We warn in advance that fabricated material about alleged "Russian atrocities" is soon to be spread widely through the Western and Ukrainian media.

▫️Such actions by Kiev once again demonstrate an inhuman attitude towards the fate of the Ukrainian citizens and show a complete disregard for all norms of morality and international humanitarian law.

▫️Despite our repeated statements, these and other such facts, which flagrantly violate international humanitarian law, continue to go unheeded by the international community and international organisations.

⚠️ Russian Federation's Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response continues to record numerous facts of criminal actions by Kiev regime against civilians, as well as the use of medical infrastructure for military purposes by Ukrainian armed formations:

🔹in Seversk, Donetsk People's Republic, neo-Nazis have equipped firing positions and ammunition depots in residential buildings (Sadovaya Street) without evacuating local residents;

🔹in Izmail, Odessa region, territorial defence units are deployed at the Agrotechnological College (Suvorov Avenue), and roadblocks and firing points have been equipped in the vicinity of the building;

🔹in Kharkov, Ukrainian militants, MLRS and artillery are stationed on the territory of the Machine-Building College (General Momot Street) and the approaches to the building are mined, but the local population is deliberately not informed about this;

🔹in Artemovsk, Donetsk People's Republic, AFU soldiers have equipped a stronghold in the teacher training college (Blagoveshchenskaya Street), armoured vehicles and artillery are deployed, and residents of nearby houses are forcibly detained in the premises of the institution under the pretext of supposedly ensuring security.

▫️These facts once again demonstrate the Ukrainian authorities' complete disregard for the norms of morality and the provisions of international humanitarian law.

▫️This is happening with the tacit consent of the countries of the so-called collective West, which continue to turn a blind eye to the numerous war crimes of the Kiev regime.
