❓What are the causes of the current crisis in Ukraine?

💬The main cause of the Ukrainian crisis is the policy which NATO headed by the United States conducted for several decades after the disappearance of the USSR. They continued to move the military infrastructure further to the east, «pumped» Ukraine with weapons, created military infrastructure there. This threatened Russia's security and was a gross violation of the decisions taken in the OSCE and in the context of Russia-NATO relations not to increase their own security at the expense of the security of others.

❗️ Все опубликованные киевским режимом фотографии и видеоматериалы, якобы свидетельствующие о каких-то «преступлениях» российских военнослужащих в городе Буча Киевской области являются очередной провокацией.

◽️ За время нахождения данного населенного пункта под контролем российских вооруженных сил, ни один местный житель не пострадал от каких-либо насильственных действий. В населенные пункты Киевской области российскими военнослужащими было доставлено и выдано мирным жителям 452 тонны гуманитарной помощи.

◽️ Все время, пока город находился под контролем российских вооруженных сил и, тем более после, вплоть до сегодняшнего дня, в Буче местные жители свободно передвигались по городу и пользовались сотовой связью.

◽️ Выезды из города Буча не блокировались. Все местные жители имели возможность свободного выезда из населённого пункта в северном направлении, в том числе в Республику Беларусь. При этом южные окраины города, включая жилые кварталы, круглосуточно обстреливались украинскими войсками из крупнокалиберной артиллерии, танков и реактивных систем залпового огня.

❗️ Хотим особо отметить, что все российские подразделения полностью вышли из Бучи еще 30 марта, на следующий день после очного раунда переговоров России и Украины в Турции.

◽️ Более того, 31 марта, мэр г. Буча Анатолий Федорук в своем видеообращении подтвердил, что в городе никого из российских военных нет, но даже не упоминал о каких-либо расстрелянных на улицах местных жителях со связанными руками.

◽️ Поэтому неудивительно, что все так называемые «свидетельства преступлений» в Буче появились только на 4 день, когда в город прибыли сотрудники СБУ и представители украинского телевидения.

◽️ Особую озабоченность вызывает то, что все тела людей, изображения которых опубликованы киевским режимом, по прошествии минимум четырех дней не окоченели, не имеют характерных трупных пятен, а в ранах несвернувшаяся кровь.

❗️ Всё это неопровержимо подтверждает, что фотографии и видеокадры из Бучи - очередная постановка киевского режима для западных СМИ, как было в Мариуполе с роддомом, а также в других городах.

The Russian Defence Ministry denies accusations of Kiev regime of allegedly killing civilians in Bucha, Kiev Region

Facts 👇

❗️All the photos and videos published by the Kiev regime allegedly testifying to some "crimes" committed by Russian servicemen in Bucha, Kiev region are just another provocation.

During the time that the town has been under the control of the Russian armed forces, not a single local resident has suffered from any violent action. Russian servicemen have delivered and distributed 452 tonnes of humanitarian aid to civilians in Kiev Region.

For as long as the town was under the control of the Russian armed forces and even then, up to now, locals in Bucha were moving freely around the town and using cellular phones.

The exits from Bucha were not blocked. All local residents were free to leave the town in northern direction, including to the Republic of Belarus. At the same time, the southern outskirts of the city, including residential areas, were shelled round the clock by Ukrainian troops with large-calibre artillery, tanks and multiple launch rocket systems.

❗️We would like to emphasise that all Russian units withdrew completely from Bucha as early as March 30, the day after the Russia-Ukraine face-to-face round of talks in Turkey.

Moreover, on March 31, the mayor of Bucha, Anatoliy Fedoruk, confirmed in a video message that there were no Russian servicemen in the town, but he did not even mention any locals shot in the streets with their hands tied.

👉 It is not surprising, therefore, that all the so-called "evidence of crimes" in Bucha did not emerge until the fourth day, when the Security Service of Ukraine and representatives of Ukrainian media arrived in the town.

It is of particular worry that all the bodies of the people whose images have been published by the Kiev regime are not stiffened after at least four days, have no typical cadaver stains, and the wounds contain unconsumed blood.

❗️All this confirms conclusively that the photos and video footage from Bucha are another hoax, a staged production and provocation by the Kiev regime for the Western media, as was the case in Mariupol with the maternity hospital, as well as in other cities.

People of Mariupol share their memories about the behavior of the Ukrainian armed forces toward the civilians, atrocities of nazis from Azov Battalion, as well as assistance from the Russian servicemen.

It’s hard to imagine and apprehend, but the UK presidency of the UN Security Council which has just started tries to deny our right to request a separate meeting of the Council on heinous Ukrainian provocation in Bucha. We asked for it to take place at 15.00 on Monday 4 April 24hrs in advance of the planned meeting in full respect with SC rules of procedure.

We are overwhelmed by the scope and brutality of the Bucha staged set-up made in the best traditions of “White-Helmet-Pictures”. The today’s Ukrainian neo-Nazis are fully respecting the old Goebbels Nazi provocation school and trying to shift the blame on Russia.

The whole set-up has incredible discrepancies and gaffes and was extensively debunked in Internet, for example here.

As we understand, the main task of our British colleagues is to dissolve through baseless procedural pretexts our request in another meeting on Ukraine scheduled on Tuesday with a bigger focus. They clearly want to avoid us raising this issue separately which will cause reputational damage to Western countries who have already blamed Russia of murdering civilians in Bucha. This will not work and the world should learn the truth. We will insist that the meeting takes place on Monday as we requested.

We want to remind our UK colleagues that such a behavior is unbecoming to a SC Member, not to mention a Permanent one. It’s worth mentioning that Russia being President of the Council in February despite all the Ukrainian provocations and tense situation on the ground didn’t object to a single meeting on Ukraine no matter how little time passed since its request. Now London risks compromising its presidency from the very beginning. We hope that clear duty to respect SC traditions will prevail on dishonest tactical calculations.

🗓 4 апреля 1949 г. в Вашингтоне правительствами 12 европейских и североамериканских государств был подписан Североатлантический договор, что стало датой создания НАТО.

Что было потом?
🔹 Пять волн расширения: 1999 год – Венгрия, Польша и Чехия, 2004 год – Болгария, Латвия, Литва, Румыния, Словакия, Словения и Эстония, 2009 год – Албания и Хорватия, 2017 год – Черногория, 2020 год – Северная Македония. В итоге на сегодняшний день НАТО подошла вплотную к границам России.

❓ Would he rejoice if dozens of his countrymen at that time were lying on the streets shot? Why does he say nothing in his statement about the atrocities of the Russian executioners? About torture, rape and murder?

👉 Moreover, the first unit of the Ukrainian armed forces to enter Bucha was the special forces of the National Guard of Ukraine. The official telegram channel of the National Guard posted a video, filmed by the fighters of this detachment themselves. We can see on this video that the Ukrainian military calmly pass through the streets of the city – and no “mountains of corpses” are visible on these streets.

❓So where did the corpses on the streets of Bucha come from - and who are these people?

👉 The answer may lie in the video of the territorial defense of Ukraine, which clearly states the question “Can I shoot at them if there are no blue armbands?” to which a positive answer follows. The video was originally posted by the leader of the territorial defense Sergey “Botsman” Korotkikh.

👉 By the way, on the videos distributed by the Ukrainian side, almost all the corpses have white bandages. This is a distinctive sign of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the civilian population.

🚛Russian servicemen deliver more than 10 tonnes of humanitarian aid to residents of Shipovatoe and Khatnei, Kharkov Region

▫️Russian Armed Forces servicemen accompanied by the military police delivered basic necessities and food kits.

▫️The humanitarian aid was distributed in the centre of the settlements to all the residents in need, with families with young children and the elderly being the first to receive it.

▫️It took several days for the locals to receive the aid, as they were left without basic necessities.

💬 We answered our friends’ many questions, including those about prospects of settling the current situation [in Ukraine], notably, the requirements for doing this and its influence on our bilateral relations and cooperation with the Arab world, the countries of the Middle East and North Africa.

These relations are influenced not by the situation as such but by the West’s absolutely unlawful unprecedented sanctions against Russia. They are dealing a heavy blow to the global economy, including countries that import agricultural produce, fertiliser and many other things that are directly linked with trade and investment ties that involve the Russian Federation.

We expressed our gratitude to the Arab League for the decisions it made in connection with and during the crisis in Ukraine.

Some personal reflections on the upcoming UNGA vote on Russia’s membership in Human Rights Council on April 7

This is a landmark motion by the US and its allies which risks to have devastating consequences for the UN System.

This vote is not about Russia-Ukraine conflict or alleged Russia’s human rights violations - these claims are far from being verified and proven. And given the number of clear fakes, stagings and provocations (like infamous Bucha false flag operation) it’s rather a premeditated tactical move.

It’s a dangerous precedent when a group of Western states tries to impose their rules and preferences on the others. That’s how the “rules based international order” promoted by the West looks like: unscrupulous colonial blackmail under the guise of a noble cause.

Russia plays an important ballancing role, its removal from HRC will deprive developing countries of a vocal and powerful defender. That’s why Western countries are keen to do it and strike the ballance in their favor. US Representative to the UN has already announced the desired score: all 140 countries who supported recent UNGA resolution should come to heel.

This whole situation gives away a bigger picture: Western countries’ desire to undermine UN institutions behind the smokescreen of punishing Russia. By doing so they risk to destroy the basement of current multilateral system which emerged after WW2 and has been saving the world from WW3

The show that we will see in the GA tomorrow will be extremely hypocritical: one should not forget that the US itself despised HRC as recently as a couple of years ago, withdrew from it and consistently belittled its role. So US can’t be considered a champion of “HRC case”.

And knowing the bleak US human rights record and the shameful practice blackmailing ICC for trying to make US soldiers accountable for their heinous crimes abroad, Washington is the last one to be moralizing others on Human Rights.

Hopefully our colleagues from remaining independent countries (excluding US henchmen) will remember about all these moments when they will be pushing a button

⚡️ Российская сторона рассматривает принятую 7 апреля в Нью-Йорке Генеральной Ассамблеей ООН резолюцию о приостановлении членства Российской Федерации в Совете ООН по правам человека в качестве неправомерного и политически мотивированного шага в целях демонстративного наказания суверенного государства-члена ООН, осуществляющего независимую внутреннюю и внешнюю политику.

▫️On March 14, 2022, a similar Tochka-U missile of Division of 19th Separate Missile Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck the centre of Donetsk, killing 17 people on the spot and injuring another 36 civilians.
