⚠️ We continue to carefully record the facts of the inhumane treatment of civilians and use of residential buildings, educational institutions, cultural buildings and other social infrastructure facilities for military purposes by Ukrainian armed groups:
🔹 in Zaporozhye, in the Children's Art Palace (Zaporozhskaya sq.), nationalists have deployed a strongpoint, an armament and munitions depot, as well as firing and sniper positions along the perimeter of the institution and at the upper floors of nearest residential buildings;
🔹 in Kramatorsk, Donetsk People's Republic, in the residence of technological vocational school (Uralskaya st.) and in the gymnasium №1 (Arkhangelskaya st.), militants of Ukrainian nationalist groups have deployed barracks, as well as armoured equipment and large-calibre artillery at Yubileyny park;
🔹 in Bakhmut, Donetsk People's Republic, in the industrial vocational college (Chaykovskogo st.), AFU units have deployed provisional bases, as well as armoured equipment, mortar positions and heavy artillery at the adjacent territory. Militants restrict local residents to leave their houses, all their attempts to evacuate to safe areas are severely suppressed.
❗️ These facts show the inhumane treatment of the Ukrainian authorities to the civilian population and their total disregard to the international humanitarian law. Despite the repeated statements by the Joint Coordination Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Humanitarian Response, this kind of cynical acts committed by the Kiev regime have been ignored by the international society until now.

🔸While sharing the commitment to the noble task of building a world free of nuclear weapons, we remain committed to the approach that the development of the TPNW was premature, misguided, and, in effect, counterproductive.
The TPNW’s approach can only lead to greater disputes between nuclear and non-nuclear states.
🇷🇺Russia, like the rest of countries possessing a military nuclear potential, did not participate in the MSP to the TPNW and has no intention of doing so in the future.
🔸Accordingly, Russia does not regard itself as bound by the decisions approved at the first MSP, nor those that will be adopted at the subsequent conferences on the TPNW.

The ceremony was also attended by representatives of the Cambodian central ministries and institutions, business circles, heads of the foreign diplomatic missions.

💬 The goal of the Kiev regime is to strike the residential areas of cities with unguided weapons. This is far from the first time something similar has happened.
We understand that these actions of the regime in Kiev were not only agreed upon with its western superintendents but were also most likely prompted by them. They do this to force us into striking back in a similar fashion so they can carry on hyping their anti-Russian hysteria.
We have abstained from making such steps, but we will be monitoring these developments very carefully. Those who have been acting in this fashion should be aware that they will have to pay a hefty price should these provocations continue.

On 29 June 2022 the Embassy of Russia to Cambodia organized via videoconference a briefing for the representatives of the ministries and institutions, analytical centers and media of the Kingdom on the issue of Ukraine.
During the event, the Press-Attaché and Deputy Military Attaché
to the diplomatic mission informed about the course of the special military operation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Ukraine. The facts of the use by the Ukrainian militaries of the civilian infrastructure in military purposes and civilians as human shields were presented.
Moreover, the briefing expounded the causes of the current food and energy crisis in the world, commented on the participation of Russian President Vladimir Putin in the 14th BRICS Summit and BRICS Plus Meeting.
The Embassy officials answered the questions of the local press.
В ходе мероприятия пресс-атташе и помощник военного атташе при дипмиссии изложили ход специальной военной операции Вооружённых Сил Российской Федерации на Украине. Отмечены продолжающиеся случаи использования украинскими боевиками гражданской инфраструктуры в военных целях и мирного населения в качестве «живых щитов», организации провокаций против нашей страны.

🇷🇺🇲🇳On 5 July at the invitation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, Batmunkh Battsetseg, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov paid a working visit to Ulaanbaatar.
During the talks, the heads of the foreign ministries discussed the state and prospects for the development of Russian-Mongolian relations in the sphere of fulfillment of the agreements, reached earlier by the leaders of the two countries.
A thorough exchange of views took place, covering the topical issues of the global and regional agenda. There is an unprecedented risk of developing bilateral cooperation in the international arena, including within the framework of the UN, the EAEU, the SCO and other multilateral forums. The parties substantially discussed the further prospects of the development of bilateral interactions at the international level, including within the US, EAEU, SCO and other multilateral frameworks.
Sergey Lavrov was received by President Ukhnaagiin Khürelsükh, Chairman of the State Great Khural Zandanshatar Gombojav and Prime Minister Luvsannamsrain Oyun-Erdene.
The visit was held in a warm and trusting atmosphere, traditional for Russian-Mongolian relations, reaffirmed the mutual commitment to the dynamic growth of practical interaction and the deepening of coordination at the international level.

⚠️Ukrainian armed formations, by using chemical industry facilities to house their units and military equipment, are deliberately creating conditions for man-made accidents that could affect thousands of civilians:
🔹in Nikolaev, militants have equipped artillery and MLRS positions on the territory of the UkrGIAP company (Vladimir Stanko Street);
🔹in Kharkov, territorial defence units and heavy weaponry are deployed at Kharkov Khimprom LTD. (Promyshlennaya Street);
