✍️ The competition will include 4 rounds: observational, practical, theoretical and test ones. The language of the Olympiad is English.
Participants are also welcome to take part in a cultural programme including lectures, creative and educational workshops, excursions and conferences.
The organisers of the Olympiad cover expenses for accommodation, meals and transportation at the venue of the event. Flight tickets to and from Russia – at the cost of the sending party.

🌴On Friday we saw off the South African contestants to Sochi, Russia, where they will participate in the International Olympiad on Financial Security. 10 South Africans who have passed the first round of trials will take part in the final stage on 30 September – 4 October, at the “Sirius” federal territory in Sochi.
🏅The winners and prize-winners of the Olympiad will receive scholarships to study at the universities of Russia and internships with one of the event organisers.
🇿🇦The Olympiad is hosted by Rosfinmonitoring, Russian Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and Higher Education and RUDN University. South Africa will be among the participants of the event for the third time.

👩💻On 30 September – 4 October 2024 the final stage of the IV International Financial Security Olympiad was held at the federal territory “Sirius”. It gathered about 600 participants from 36 countries.
The Olympiad is held with the support of Russian President Vladimir Putin and is aimed at popularising knowledge about modern methods of protecting assets – from personal to state ones.
The extensive program, in parallel with the tasks of the final stage, included conferences, master classes and sport competitions of international level, dedicated to banking security, the fight against pyramid schemes, operations in the crypto market and other issues. The participants met with potential employers, went on excursions and even had time for sport activities.
🇷🇺🇿🇦Congratulations to the team from South Africa, which for the third year demonstrates extensive knowledge and excellent results. Out of ten participants, six took the Olympiad tasks in the field of “law”, two in “international relations” and two in “information security”.
⭐We rejoice at the success of Nkululeko Nkosi, who became a prize-winner of the Olympiad! We hope that next year more South Africans will show interest in the Olympics and get a chance to go to Sochi!
