❗️ The Foreign Ministry's Ambassador-at-Large on the Kiev Regime's War Crimes, Rodion Miroshnik continues to record the most heinous crimes of the Kiev regime.
▪️ In the first six months of 2024, at least 2,547 civilians suffered from the actions of the Kiev regime, prone to taking out its anger on them. As many as 2,082 civilians received wounds of varying severity and 465 were killed.
The number of shells that were fired by the Ukrainian militants at Russian purely civil facilities in 11 Russian territories adjacent to the frontline over half a year approaches the mark of 42,000 – there were 41,706 of them – 230 hits per day.
🔺 It is noteworthy that the second quarter of this year saw a qualitative change in the types of the weapons that the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) use against Russian civil facilities. More and more often artillery shells are replaced by explosive missiles of longer range and UAVs of various types. This has entailed an increase in the number of victims and the scale of destruction.
Nonetheless, the shells of NATO’s 155mm caliber that the UAF use are still in the lead in terms of how many civilians were killed and injured and civil facilities were fired at with them. These are the very shells that the Czech Republic is so diligently collecting across the world right now, allegedly to enhance Ukraine’s defence.
📖 Read the digest for April-June 2024, which includes photographic evidence and informational materials on the most brutal and cynical crimes committed by the Kiev regime in Russian regions.
📹 Watch Rodion Miroshnik's briefing, during which facts about the most high-profile violations of international humanitarian law by the Kiev regime and its sponsors in the first half of 2024 were presented.

❗️ The Foreign Ministry's Ambassador-at-Large on the Kiev Regime's War Crimes, Rodion Miroshnik continues to record the most heinous crimes of the Kiev regime.
📖 Another digest focuses on UAV's mass murder of civilians.
Using drones of various types to attack civilians is the kind of crime that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) commit deliberately, cynically and with full understanding of the consequences of their actions. With UAV vision systems supplied by Western sponsors drone operators perfectly identify the victim. They see that there is a child, an elderly person or a woman in their crosshairs.
▪️ Since the beginning of 2024, Ukrainian UAVs have wounded no less than 656 civilians and killed more than a hundred (114).
In July alone, 186 civilians became victims of the Kiev regime’s drones: 170 were injured, 16 - killed. The majority of civilians injured or killed by Ukrainian UAVs were registered in the Belgorod Region - 79 people, six of them died of their wounds. In the DPR, 48 civilians became victims of AFU drone attacks, five of them were killed. In the Kursk Region, at least 29 civilians were subject to the same sort of Kiev regime’s criminal activity, one person died as the result of a UAV strike.
The Ukrainian butchers use UAVs to target civilians in residential areas, track down and burn civilian cars, attack firefighters extinguishing fires, medics and ambulances, civilian infrastructure repair crews, farming machines working in grain fields.
❗️Ukrainian drone operators do not spare even children. Since January 1, no less than 43 minors have suffered from targeted drops of explosive objects by drones in eleven Russian regions adjacent to the frontline. At least nine children have been killed, 34 – injured by AFU UAVs.
Among the most cynical crimes of the Kiev executioners is an aimed drop of ammunition on a playground surrounded by multistorey residential buildings in the town of Shebekino, Belgorod Region, on July 11. As a result, five children were hospitalized with mine blast injuries of varying severity. The youngest boy had to undergo a complex surgery on his spine. Doctors fought for the life of the eldest one for more than a week, but the 16-year-old could not be saved. The teenager died of his wounds.

The Foreign Ministry's Ambassador-at-Large on the Kiev Regime's War Crimes, Rodion Miroshnik:
❗️ On the night of August 24-25, five people were killed and 14 injured, including three minors, as a result of shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Rakityansk District of the Belgorod Region.
Eight people are in serious condition, with six of them in intensive care.
Judging by the photos, the attack on the residential sector was carried out from MLRS with fragmentation or shrapnel warheads.
☝️ This is one of the bloodiest crimes of recent days committed by Ukrainian militants against Russian civilians.

📑 The quarterly report on the crimes committed by the Kiev regime in January — March 2025 has been compiled by Foreign Ministry's Ambassador-at-Large on the crimes committed by the Kiev regime, Rodion Miroshnik, and has been presented on April 28, 2025, during the Ambassador's briefing.
During the first three months of 2025, the armed formations of the Kiev regime systematically shelled objects of civilian infrastructure on the territory of the Russian Federation, deliberately targeting civilians.
During this period, at least 22,221 munitions were fired at civilian targets. In total, since February 2022, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have fired at least 251,865 munitions of various calibres and modifications at Russian civilian sites.
❗️ A sharp increase in the number of Ukrainian shelling attacks was recorded in the last weeks of March. This is how Kiev reacted to the start of the negotiating process between Moscow and Washington. The number of attacks during this period reached 300 per 24 hours, or more than 2,000 per week, which is approximately 25% higher than the weekly figures for January and February.
The increase in the number of civilian victims documented in the second half of March is directly linked to Kiev’s attempts to oppose the search for a peaceful settlement and to the thwarting of the agreement on a 30-day moratorium on strikes on energy facilities. The Ukrainian side deliberately carried out a number of targeted attacks on crowded places resulting in numerous civilian victims.
▪️ Civilian sites in the Belgorod Region, the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Kherson, Kursk and Zaporozhye regions, as well as the Lugansk People’s Republic, were most frequently shelled during the above-mentioned period.
• From January 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025, there were at least 1,489 verified civilian victims resulting from the Ukrainian forces’ attacks:
🔻 1,197 people, including 63 minors, wounded;
🔻 292 civilians, including five children, killed.
• At least 21,002 civilian victims caused by the Ukrainian formations’ attacks since the beginning of the conflict:
🔻 14,287 people, including 880 minors, wounded;
🔻 6,715 people, including 218 children, killed.
During this period, victims of numerous murders committed by Ukrainian militants in the Kursk Region’s villages of Russkoe Porechnoye, Makhnovka, and Cherkasskoe Porechnoye were found. The bodies of civilians were discovered in the town of Chasov Yar, DPR, who had been killed by the Ukrainian military while attempting to evacuate from the war zone. Moreover, fresh burials of civilians with signs of violent death have been found in the village of Dvurechnaya, Kharkov Region, which was liberated from Ukrainian neo-Nazis.
During the first three months of 2025, the Ukrainian Armed Forces intensively used various types of UAVs to attack objects of civilian infrastructure, and to kill and maim civilians. <...> 409 civilians were hurt in Ukrainian drone attacks. Twenty-three people, including three children, were killed, and 386 people, including 24 minors, were wounded. <...> The Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out barrages of targeted strikes on medical personnel, rescue and emergency workers.
Since the beginning of the year, the AFU militants have intensified a targeted manhunt for media teams covering the special military operation and the Kiev regime’s criminal acts against civilians on the frontline territories. A premeditated attack on a group of journalists in the Kremennaya District, LPR, is a compelling example. A US-made HIMARS MLRS was used to kill three Russian journalists on the spot. All in all, over the past three months, 13 Russian media workers fell victim to criminal actions of the Ukrainian armed forces. Six of them died.
