📄 Extracts from the statement of the Russian Permanent Representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich “On ongoing crimes by Ukraine with the support of a number of OSCE participating States“ (OSCE Permanent Council meeting, 10 March 2022):
🔸 We appreciate efforts of the UN 🇺🇳 Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs aimed at improving the situation of the civilian population in #Ukraine 🇺🇦 affected by hostilities
🔸 Special Representative of #OSCE CiO on Gender Liliana Palihovici allows herself assessments & statements on Russia’s Armed Forces special mil operation in #Ukraine to protect #Donbass, which go beyond ❌ issues entrusted to her and don’t fall outside her mandate
🔸 Special mil operation of 🇷🇺🪖Russian Armed Forces to protect #Donbass is aimed at speedy ending of protracted conflict, providing conditions for peaceful, demilitarized development of Ukrainian 🇺🇦 society & state
🔸 Kiev actions are aimed at countering evacuation of civilian population from active combat zone, incl. to Russia. Most humanitarian corridors proposed by Russia don‘t function in full due to lack of reciprocal steps from 🇺🇦 #Ukraine
🔸 #Kiev’s loss of control over many units of paramilitary nationalists in east of country, that arrange armed provocations and hide behind civilians during hostilities, is becoming more obvious
🔸 NATO provided assistance to paramilitary nationalists in 🇺🇦Ukraine, while the leadership of the North Atlantic alliance has repeatedly stated that there are no ❌NATO forces on Ukrainian territory
🔸 NATO countries continue to pump up 🇺🇦 Ukraine with weapons, control over which is becoming impossible. Such deliveries, incl. thousands of man-portable anti-aircraft missile systems are made in violation of existing measures to limit their proliferation
🔸 We are alarmed by reports of increased provocations by Ukrainian armed forces at critical infrastructure facilities, incl. to the electrical substation supplying the Chernobyl nuclear power plant
🔸 30+ laboratories in various Ukrainian cities have been engaged in classified ⚠️ military biological activities for a number of years in the interests of the U.S. 🇺🇸 Department of Defence
🔸 Pentagon’s activities in #Ukraine have nothing to do with scientific research for the benefit of 🌎peace and development. It wasn’t and isn’t about protecting so-called “democratic values” 🙅

❓: Dear Ambassador, what do you think of the continuing arms supplies to #Ukraine by the United States and its allies?
💬 Anatoly #Antonov: Pumping the #Kiev regime with weapons and sending foreign mercenaries to the Ukrainian territory is irresponsible and extremely dangerous. The militarization of Ukraine poses a direct threat to the European and global security.
🔷 The transfer of lethal weapons takes place through the arbitrary interpretation of national export control legislations by the authorities of Western countries. Licenses are often approved in a "simplified" mode. As a result, a significant part of weapons falls into the hands of bandits, Nazis, terrorists and criminals.
🔷 Do Western countries not realize that militants who have come from all over the world to #Europe can afterwards apply the combat experience gained in Ukraine anywhere, including back at home? Do they not understand the risks of the spread of missile weapons transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukrane across the European Union and neighboring regions as well as their use against civil aviation?
🔷 US politicians who make decisions regarding the uncontrolled supply of Stingers and other combat systems to Kiev should abandon their illusions and complacency.
🔷 NATO member states have apparently forgotten how the United States were fishing the #MANPADS handed over to the #Afghan mujahideens in the 1980s throughout the entire Middle and Near East. And now, in the pursuit of financial gain, companies of the military-industrial complex have completely lost their moral guidelines and are willing to earn blood money.
🔷 We call on sponsors of the Kiev regime to stop encouraging bloodshed in Ukraine and give a serious consideration to the consequences of their activities.

‼️According to reliable information, on the eve of the #Easter holiday, the #Kiev regime is preparing provocations to discredit the 🇺🇦 #Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate.
⭕️The bishops of the 🇺🇦 Greek Catholic Church received recommendations from the office of President V. #Zelensky: "on the night of April 23-24, not to hold traditional Easter celebrations, replacing them with an online broadcast of divine services in churches."
⭕️These notifications were deliberately not sent to the 🇺🇦 Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate in order to organize a mass gathering of believers in the churches.
⭕️A situation is being deliberately created in which any incident specially provoked by the SSU in the churches of the UOC-MP crowded today will be used to the maximum to aggravate Kiev's divisive policy and activate a new wave of Russophobia in Ukraine and abroad.

🇷🇺🇫🇮📞 Russia's President Vladimir #Putin had a telephone conversation with Finland President Sauli #Niinistö at the Finnish side’s initiative.
Heads of the two counties had a sincere exchange of views over the announced decision by Finland’s leadership to apply for #NATO membership.
❗️ Vladimir Putin stressed that rejecting the traditional policy of military neutrality would be wrong since there are no threats to Finland’s security.
Such a change in the country’s foreign policy course could have a negative effect on Russia-Finland relations, which have been built over the course of many years in the spirit of neighbourliness and partnership cooperation.
The Presidents also discussed the situation in #Ukraine. In particular, Vladimir Putin shared his opinion of the state of the negotiating process between Russian and Ukrainian representatives. This process has been practically put on hold by #Kiev, which does not show any interest in a serious and constructive dialogue.
