After the Black Sea Initiative was concluded in 2022, #Russia numerous times patiently agreed to prolong it despite the fact that the Russian part of it has never been implemented. It has also become clear that the West’s blatant sabotage of the letter and spirit of the #GrainDeal defeats its purpose as it did not live up to its humanitarian rationale.
