For the benefit of our community and users, and to ensure full transparency, I would like to disclose some information about our relationship with Alameda Research.

Alameda invested $500k in Parallel Finance's Series A round. It represents less than 2% of the total funding we have raised.

Alameda's tokens have a lock-up period of 4 years in total.

They did market-making for us and we ended the relationship a month ago. They have returned all tokens to us. We have no further business with Alameda.

We hope that all those affected by this terrible situation are doing well and are safe!
