The most unpleasant scam indie game developers can face:

Random people were able to literally republish a game from Steam to consoles without any consent from the original studio. And they are doing such things for years.

It's even worse for browser games on ItchIO — they are getting wrapped in WebView and sold as games on all platforms by dozens of similar companies.

Oh, and there's Nintendo Direct:

They just reinvented local multiplayer: before you could play on one screen only with several controllers, but now it works on up to 4 screens with one copy of the game. Not all games will be supported, but it's amazing anyway.

Joycons are now able to act as the most advanced mouse: thanks to gyroscope it can also detect rotation.

The sound system is heavily improved: microphone with noise cancellation, better audio quality, spatial sounds, and more.
