CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER | Blockchain Project | Cyprus
💴7k - 10k euro, discussing Remote/Relocation, Fulltime

🔖 Duties:
🧷Drive the company's financial planning;
🧷Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
🧷Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
🧷Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
🧷Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
🧷Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
🧷Manage vendor relationships e.t.c.

📌 Required:
- Higher education in economics or technology;
- 5 years + of proven experience as CFO in IT/Blockchain/Fintech Companies;
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices;
- M&A, Big 4 experience;
- Experience in investment analysis is a must;
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods;
- Interest in financial markets, general knowledge of finance and investments;
- Strong leadership and organizational skills;
- Excellent communication and people skills;
- Ability to strategize and solve problems;
- Strong analytical skills, ownership, high level of personal responsibility;
- Fluency in English.
