The video shows several #Chinese 🇨🇳 60mm M-83A HE mortar bombs —claimed to be recently seized from #Russian Troops.

It is difficult to say for certain about the origin of these mortar bombs.
Yet, considering that UAF has received various Chinese weapons through the USA and Russia doesn't operate 60mm mortars, it's possible that these might be seized by RuAF from UA troops and recovered by the UAF later.

"It should be noted that based on the publicly available datas it's impossible to make a definitive identification —at least for now."

However, it seems quite possible that the missile could be fired from a place very close to the impact site in the published video.

In general, the missile seems likely to be a malfunctioned air-defense missile (perhaps a short-ranged surface-to-air missile?). However, as stated earlier, a precise definition is currently not possible.
