Trinidad and Tobago: The PNM (liberal) has selected Chinua Alleyne (PNM) to be mayor of the capital city of Port of Spain, replacing Mayor Joel Martinez (PNM). Martinez has served as mayor since 2016. PNM retained all seats in the capital's council on Monday.
