#Panama: yesterday, at the beginning of the online voting of Panamanians abroad, voting had to be stopped for a few hours due to a change in the positions of the ballot boxes of RM, PAIS and MOCA with respect to the physical ballot.

Voting has resumed normally.

#Haiti: Acting President and PM Ariel Henry (Ind) has resigned and been replaced by a 9-member transitional council as planned last month. The new PM is Finance Minister Michel Boisvert (Ind), who also served as President for a few minutes before the council took office.
