The Hill running with the idea that "The Constitution provides that an oath-breaking insurrectionist is ineligible to be president" stating that "The evidence of Donald Trump’s engaging in such insurrection is overwhelming". It cites January 6th and Trump's impeachment case as evidence of the claim.
