Previously, he served as the Chargé d'Affaires at the Lebanese Embassy in Jordan, where he played a significant role in strengthening Lebanese-Jordanian relations across various sectors. For instance, in August 2022, he met with Jordan's Culture Minister Haifa Najjar to discuss enhancing cultural cooperation between the two countries.

Raji has also engaged in discussions with Jordanian parliamentary committees to bolster bilateral ties and address shared challenges. Additionally, he participated in high-level meetings, such as the one between Lebanon's caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken in Amman in November 2023, where regional issues were deliberated.
