#Greece has signed a contract to buy 20 F-35 multirole combat aircraft from the U.S. (#USA) with the option to buy 20 more.

The contract is valued at $3.5 billion (or USD 8.5 billion if all planes are bought)

The first F-35 are planned to be delivered in 2028
