Круглый стол "Женщины БРИКС за традиционные ценности" с участием представительниц ряда посольств стран БРИКС прошел накануне Международного женского дня на площадке Русского дома в Нью-Дели. Собравшихся приветствовали руководитель Представительства Россотрудничества в Индии Елена Ремизова и супруга посла России в Индии Диана Алипова. О сохранении и защите традиционных ценностей в своих странах рассказали женщины-дипломаты из Индии, Индонезии, Ирана, Эфиопии, ЮАР. Участницы отметили, что ключевые традиции, такие как уважение к старшим, семейные ценности, гостеприимство, духовность, веротерпимость связывают все народы БРИКС, и именно эти духовно-нравственные ценности играют важную роль в формировании и развитии международных отношений.
В рамках круглого стола состоялась презентация Азиатского отделения Всемирной Федерации русскоговорящих женщин, представленная Президентом ИАРС Еленой Барман. С видео приветствием к гостям обратилась руководитель Федерации Елена Афанасьева. Члены Азиатского отделения поделились своими планами по обмену опытом для расширения прав и возможностей женщин и сохранения аутентичной российской культуры.
Участницам мероприятия была представлена художественная выставка, на которой были собраны работы российских и индийских художников. Экспозиция получилась разнообразной, наполненной яркими и нестандартными цветовыми решениями, техниками и фактурами.
В завершении программы на сцене Русского дома выступили заслуженный артист Республики Татарстан, певец Ранис Габбазов, фольклорный ансамбль “Бермянчек” и фолк-группа “Закария” из Республики Татарстан. Песни и танцы были исполнены как в аутентичной манере, так и в современной обработке. Представительство Россотрудничества в Индии выражает благодарность Министерству культуры Республики Татарстан за возможность представить данные творческие коллективы на индийской земле.

The round table "Women of BRICS for Traditional Values" with the participation of representatives of a number of embassies of the BRICS countries was held on the eve of International Women's Day at the sRussian House in New Delhi. The audience was greeted by the head of the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in India Dr Elena Remizova and the wife of the Russian Ambassador to India Mrs Diana Alipova. Women diplomats from India, Indonesia, Iran, Ethiopia, South Africa spoke about the preservation and protection of traditional values in their countries. The participants noted that key traditions such as respect for elders, family values, hospitality, spirituality, religious tolerance bind all BRICS peoples, and it is these spiritual and moral values that play an important role in the formation and development of international relations.
Within the framework of the round table, a presentation of the Asian branch of the World Federation of Russian-speaking women was held, presented by IARS President Ms Elena Barman. The head of the Federation Ms Elena Afanasyeva addressed the guests with a video greeting. Members of the Asia Office shared their plans to share experiences to empower women and preserve authentic Russian culture.
The participants of the event were presented with an art exhibition, which collected works by Russian and Indian artists. The exposition turned out to be diverse, filled with bright and non-standard colors, techniques and textures.
At the end of the program, Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan, singer Ranis Gabbazov, folk ensemble "Bermyanchek" and folk group "Zakaria" from the Republic of Tatarstan performed on the stage of the Russian House. Songs and dances were performed both in an authentic manner and in a modern treatment. The representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in India expresses gratitude to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan for the opportunity to present these artists in India.
