24 сентября в Русском доме в Нью-Дели состоялось чествование индийских абитуриентов, успешно прошедших отбор по квоте Правительства Российской Федерации на учебу в российские ВУЗы. Гостей приветствовал советник-посланник Посольства России в Индии Роман Бабушкин и руководитель Представительства Россотрудничества в Индии Елена Ремизова. Поздравив кандидатов в с успешным прохождением отбора, они отметили, что стипендиальная программа Правительства Российской Федерации предоставляет возможность не только возможность бесплатно учиться в российском университете, чтобы построить успешную карьеру в будущем, но и поближе познакомиться с культурой и достижениями самой большой страны в мире.
В ходе мероприятия руководитель Института русского языка Русского дома Екатерина Дыняк познакомила слушателей с историей зарождения русского языка и его ролью в современном мире, сделав акцент на его использовании в качестве средства межнационального общения на пространстве СНГ. На многочисленные вопросы студентов, связанных с их дальнейшим оформлением в ВУЗах, ответил руководитель Департамента сотрудничества в области образования Виктор Горелых.
В завершении мероприятия абитуриентов и их родителей ожидали памятные подарки и русское чаепитие.

On September 24, Indian applicants who successfully passed the selection for free education in Russian universities under the Russian governmental quota were honored at the Russian House in New Delhi.The guests were greeted by the Minister-Counselor of the Russian Embassy in India Mr Roman Babushkin and the Head of the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in India Dr Elena Remizova. Congratulating the candidates for successful selection, they noted that the scholarship program of the Government of the Russian Federation provides an opportunity not only to study for free at a Russian university in order to build a successful career in the future, but also to get to know the culture and achievements of the largest country in the world.
During the event, the head of the Russian Language Institute of the Russian House, Ms Ekaterina Dynyak, introduced students to the history of the origin of the Russian language and its role in the modern world, focusing on its use as a means of interethnic communication in the CIS countries.Head of the Department of Cooperation in Education Mr Viktor Gorelykh answered numerous questions from students related to their further registration at universities.

Более трех десятков человек приняли участие в международной просветительской акции в поддержку книги и чтения «Литературный диктант», которая состоялась в Русском доме в Нью-Дели. Уже традиционно в сентябре она объединяет любителей чтения, желающих проверить, как хорошо они знакомы с текстами классической и современной русской литературы. Участники ответили на 20 занимательных вопросов, связанных с произведениями русских классиков.
Все участники получили сертификаты, а дипломы будут вручены победителям после проверки работ. Результаты будут опубликованы на следующей неделе в наших социальных сетях.

More than three dozen people took part in an international educational campaign in support of the book and reading "Literary Dictation," which took place in the Russian House in New Delhi. Traditionally, in September it brings together reading lovers who want to check how well they are familiar with the texts of classical and modern Russian literature.Participants answered 20 entertaining questions related to the works of Russian authors.
All participants received certificates, and diplomas will be awarded to the winners after checking the work. The results will be published next week on our social networks.
