HSE International Olympiad is the biggest international project of HSE University. More than 5000 participants join the Competition every year, and the number is growing annually.
Foreign (non-Russian) citizens and stateless persons are invited to take part in the competition, including high school students in the 10th or 11th grades (or in the 11th or 12th grades for those pursuing a 12-year school programme). Foreign citizens residing and studying at high schools in Russia are also invited to take part in the competition.
Participation in HSE INTO 2023 is free of charge.
All prospective participants in the HSE International Olympiad – 2023 must register online from September 1 to September 30, 2022.
Competitions will be held from October 20 to October 30, 2022. The results are to be announced before December 24, 2022 on the HSE GSC website.

Ранее доклад о предложениях по формированию общего биржевого рынка товаров в ЕАЭС был одобрен Коллегией ЕЭК.
💬«Главными целями образования общего биржевого рынка товаров являются формирование объективных рыночных цен на биржевые товары, рост объемов торговли в Союзе, увеличение доли расчетов в нацвалютах, повышение уровня посредничества между продавцами и покупателями и справедливое ценообразование на товары ЕАЭС на мировом рынке», - сказал министр по интеграции и макроэкономике ЕЭК Сергей Глазьев.
Доклад содержит предложения по схемам формирования, определению перечня товаров и производных финансовых инструментов для реализации на общем рынке, расчету биржевых и внебиржевых индикаторов цен, а также опыт Европейского союза.
📌 К биржевым товарам, торгуемым на общем биржевом рынке Союза, могут быть отнесены: уголь, минеральные удобрения, растительное масло, сахар, шроты, жмыхи, черные металл, стройматериалы, цемент, золото электроэнергия, газ, нефть, нефтепродукты, зерно.
Выводы и предложения доклада будут использованы для разработки Концепции формирования общего биржевого рынка товаров в рамках ЕАЭС, которую планируется утвердить в 2023 году.

Russian power engineers have managed to connect 45 boilers, 45 schools and kindergartens and more than 600 homes to electricity grid in Mariupol and Volonvakha. Thus, from September 1st children were able to start school. In buildings where it is not yet possible to restore power supply, diesel generators are used.
Russian power engineers are working on making the main facilities operational in order to ensure the necessary balance of electricity in general. Thus, experts have managed to restore the electricity supply in the Mariupol Sea trading port, which will allow to supply the republics with wheat, metal, coal.
It is expected that the main works will be completed by November. But with the onset of winter, experts will continue to rehabilitate the infrastructure.
