International KARDO competitions are held in 11 directions of street culture and sports: Breaking,
Workout, Graffiti, Djing, Parkour, Freerinning, Skateboarding, Tricking, Hip-hop, BMX,
Kickscootering. The Finale in Stavropol from 22 to 25 August, will bring together the winners of the
online selection, 10 national and 25 regional stages, as well as the athletes who made it to the Finale
based on the results of the qualifying stages in Stavropol.
The video contest takes place in several stages. After the submission of applications for the contest
and the work of independent judges, the TOP 48 participants will be selected online. The selected
participants receive a creative task, after which TOP-12 participants will be selected to perform
individual tasks for the finale. The Expert Council reviews the final works and evaluates the
participants' defence, which will take place in person in Stavropol.
The Award-Competition for Contribution to the Development of Street Culture and Sports organizes
and collects applications with suggestions of candidates for the competition to determine the TOP-50
in 10 directions. Next, an open voting takes place to determine the TOP-12, after which independent
experts determine the TOP-3 laureates. The winners of the «Award» contest will be announced at the
Grand Final in Stavropol.
Also in Stavropol there will be in-person defences of the projects of the grant contest of the Award-
Competition for street culture and sports "KARDO". The winners of the grant contest will receive
financial support for the implementation of projects worth up to 1.5 million RUB, the number of
grantees and the final amount of the grant will be determined by an expert committee during the Grand
Final.
Award-Competition «KARDO» is supported by the «Presidential Grants Fund», Ilya Chukalin,
Director General of the Fund, congratulated the organizers on the start of the 7th season of the Award.
«The KARDO Award - is not just a few days of colourful large-scale competitions. For seven seasons,
the authors of the project have built an entire ecosystem, due to which young people who are fond of
street culture can grow both personally and professionally. The creators of KARDO give young people
from different parts of the country the opportunity to do what they love, the motivation to grow and
build a career on their lifelong passion», - commented Ilya Chukalin.
The total prize fund for the winners and laureates of the competition, video contest and award
amounted to more than 5,000,000 RUB.

📅 С 27 февраля в ЕАЭС начал действовать обновленный технический регламент, который регулирует использование пищевых добавок.

📃 Перечень разрешенных пищевых добавок сокращен с 362 до 349 за счет исключения 19 добавок и введения в оборот 6 новых.

✍️ Обновлено около 70 процентов текста технического регламента, включая пять его основных разделов и 29 приложений. Введены 5 новых понятий, актуализирован ряд определений.

Уважаемые посетители Консульского отдела Посольства России в Мьянме!

В соответствии с постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации с 1 марта 2024 г. в силу вступает новый тариф сборов за совершение консульских действий (прилагается).

Основные новшества:
- Увеличены сборы за оформление паспортов, нотариальные действия и оформление выхода из гражданства.
- Вводится разная стоимость истребования документа с апостилем и без него.
- Выдача большинства справок становится платной.
- Снижена стоимость удостоверения верности копии.

При планировании посещения консульского отдела просим учитывать эти нововведения.

Международный суд ООН подтвердил – Россия не нарушала международные конвенции

31 января 2024 г. Международный суд ООН подтвердил полную несостоятельность обвинений, выдвинутых Украиной при поддержке ее западных кураторов, в нарушении Россией Международной конвенции о борьбе с финансированием терроризма (МКБФТ) и Международной конвенции о ликвидации всех форм расовой дискриминации (МКЛРД). Все претензии к России, а это более 40 исковых требований по обеим конвенциям (за исключением 2 третьестепенных) Международным судом отвергнуты, как и намерение Украины получить компенсацию.
Суд отказался признать Российскую Федерацию «Государством – спонсором терроризма» и «Страной-агрессором», а ДНР и ЛНР «террористическими организациями». В соответствии с вердиктом, гуманитарная помощь, оказанная жителям Донбасса, страдавшим от экономической блокады и постоянных обстрелов с украинской стороны, не является «финансированием терроризма». Данное решение имеет принципиальное значение – противники майданного режима, приговоренные киевскими властями за «финансирование терроризма» теперь официально – политические заключенные, преследуемыми за свои оппозиционные взгляды.
Согласно решению суда, ничтожными оказались обвинения о, якобы, проводимой Россией политике системной дискриминации крымских татар и украинцев. Подтверждено соответствие положениям конвенции введенных Россией запретов на деятельность экстремисткой организации «Меджлис крымско-татарского народа».
Вынесенный Международным судом ООН окончательный вердикт о невиновности России лишь подтверждает, что принятые антироссийские решения и резолюции в рамках международных организаций, таких как ООН, ОБСЕ, СЕ, основаны на клеветнических измышлениях и лживой информации украинских властей и псевдоправозащитных НПО. Выводы суда изобличают недостоверность сведений, представленных в докладах Управления верховного комиссара ООН по правам человека и ничтожность соответствующих докладов БДИПЧ, искусственно подогнанных под западную политическую повестку.

The International Court of Justice rejects Ukraine’s biased allegations against Russia

On January 31, 2024, the International Court of Justice confirmed the complete inconsistency of the charges brought by Ukraine, with the support of its Western curators, for the violation by Russia of the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism and the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination. The International Court of Justice rejected all claims against Russia, which is more than 40 claims under the 2 conventions (with the exception of 2 tertiary ones), as well as Ukraine's intention to receive compensation.
The court refused to recognize the Russian Federation as a “State Sponsor of Terrorism” and an “Aggressor Nation,” and Donetsk People's Republic and Lugansk People's Republic as “terrorist organizations”. In accordance with the verdict, the humanitarian assistance provided to the residents of Donbass, who suffered from the economic blockade and constant shelling from the Ukrainian side, does not constitute “terrorist financing”. This decision is of fundamental importance – opponents of the Maidan regime, sentenced by the Kiev authorities for “financing terrorism”, are now officially political prisoners persecuted for their opposition views.
According to the court’s decision, the accusations of Russia's alleged policy of systemic discrimination against Crimean Tatars and Ukrainians turned out to be null and void. The ban imposed by Russia on the activities of the extremist organisation “Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People” was confirmed to comply with the provisions of the Convention.
The final verdict of Russia's innocence reached by the International Court of Justice only confirms that the anti-Russian decisions and resolutions adopted within the framework of international organizations, such as the UN, the OSCE and the Council of Europe, are based on slanderous fabrications and false information of the Ukrainian authorities and pseudo-human rights nongovernmental organizations. The court's conclusions expose the unreliability of information presented in the reports of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and the nullity of the corresponding ODIHR's reports, artificially adjusted to the Western anti-Russian political agenda.

4. Прибывающие должны строго соблюдать требования соответствующих органов здравоохранения Мьянмы. В случае нарушения упомянутых требований прибывающий может быть привлечен к ответственности в соответствии с мьянманским законодательством.
5. Данные требования могут быть пересмотрены.
6. Данные правила вступают в силу 1 марта 2024 г.

Information on the situation with the so-called "deportation" of Ukrainian children to Russia

Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova’s comment on February 7, 2024 on the so-called "deportation" of Ukrainian children to Russia:
“We have taken note of a declaration on the establishment of the so-called international coalition “for the return of Ukrainian children,” an initiative launched by Canadian Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly during her visit to Kiev on February 2.

It is of particular interest that the declaration contains references to the notorious Zelensky formula and the Copenhagen format. Let’s take a closer look. When their pseudo-peace initiatives failed to draw proper support or gain a fundamental framework, the Kiev authorities and the Western countries supporting them decided to incorporate children in their “formula” as well. Their line of thinking is obvious. Support for minors is a call that’ll most likely leave no one indifferent.”

“Russia is saving children without differentiating whether they are of Russian, Ukrainian, or any other ethnic descent. We rescue and treat children, help them and bring them back to their families, which has been done regularly for years.
Russia does not kidnap, deport, or forcibly displace children, contrary to what is alleged by the Western media citing Western politicians and representatives of political groups. Children are rescued and evacuated from areas of intense fighting. I am primarily referring to orphans and minors left without the care of their legal guardians. If relatives of these children turn up, Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Mrs. Maria Lvova-Belova’s staff do whatever is needed and possible to expedite their reunification.
Our task is to ensure minors’ safety and create conditions for them to lead normal lives. We will continue to do this despite threats, blackmail, sanctions, and other impediments placed in our way by the Kiev regime and the West.”

The office of the Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Mrs. Maria Lvova-Belova works actively to reunite families separated by the war. All applications are being processed consistently and in an open way. A communications channel has been set up with the Ukrainian party to exchange information, verify data and coordinate the process of reuniting families. With the direct participation of the Russian human rights centre, 35 children from 24 families were reunited with their relatives in Ukraine and other countries. In addition, children whose parents sent them on holiday to resorts in the Republic of Crimea and the Krasnodar Territory in the late summer-autumn 2022, have returned to their families.

Since February 2022 over 5 million people, including over 730,000 children, had gone to Russian regions from Ukraine and the Donbass republics. About 2,000 of these children lived in orphanages and went to Russia with orphanage directors and staff at the request of the heads of the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics. A considerable number of these children have returned to their orphanages, about 400 children have been moved to orphanages across Russia because of continuing Ukrainian shelling attacks, and 358 have been assigned to Russian foster families. Also, 22 children from Mariupol have been tentatively assigned to foster families. They have not been formally adopted. There is a list of children who are alive that includes contacts of those willing to help these children to reunite with their parents or close relatives in the event they make themselves known.

🌐 ЕАЭС и ВТО

Представители Евразийской экономической комиссии приняли участие в работе XIII Министерской конференции Всемирной торговой организации.

🤝 «На полях» мероприятия директор Департамента торговой политики ЕЭК Владимир Серпиков провел встречи с представителями делегаций государств ЕАЭС, а также руководством Секретариата ВТО.

📌 По итогам мероприятия была принята Министерская декларация, где зафиксировано «стремление сохранить и усилить способность многосторонней торговой системы, краеугольным камнем которой является ВТО, придавать мощный импульс для решения современных вызовов в области торговли».

📋 Также было проведено заседание неформальной группы присоединяющихся государств (из стран Союза в нем приняла участие Белоруссия), по итогам которого было принято заявление, где отмечается целесообразность пересмотра процедур присоединения к ВТО, в том числе в целях соблюдения основных принципов недискриминации, открытости и транспарентности.
