🛡 Нормам Конституции впервые в истории нашей страны было придано прямое действие. Это значит, что любой человек может защитить свои права, ссылаясь на конституционные нормы, а судебные и иные государственные органы при рассмотрении дел должны руководствоваться, прежде всего, нормами основного закона.

💬 15 декабря в Нью-Йорке в ходе пленарного заседания 77-й сессии Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН 120 голосами «за» при 50 «против» и 10 воздержавшихся принята внесенная делегацией Российской Федерации от имени 32 соавторов из всех регионов мира резолюция «Борьба с героизацией нацизма, неонацизмом и другими видами практики, которые способствуют эскалации современных форм расизма, расовой дискриминации, ксенофобии и связанной с ними нетерпимости». Ранее 4 ноября текст был одобрен Третьим комитетом 77-й сессии ГА ООН.
☝️ Несмотря на беспрецедентное давление со стороны «коллективного Запада» на государства-члены ООН, полученный результат наглядно свидетельствуют о непринятии ими попыток оспорить итоги Второй мировой войны, закреплённые в Уставе ООН, Уставе и Приговоре Нюрнбергского Трибунала, а также Приговоре Международного военного трибунала для Дальнего Востока.
На этом фоне непонимание и возмущение вызывает позиция бывших государств-членов «Оси», впервые в истории ООН проголосовавших в этом году против документа.
Против чего же они выступили?
👉 Документ осуждает героизацию нацизма и проявления неонацизма.
👉 Отмечается неприемлемость стремления фальсифицировать историю, оправдать совершенные нацистами и их союзниками, а также коллаборационистами военные преступления и преступления против человечности.

🕯 Today marks six years since an outstanding diplomat, Russian Ambassador to Turkey (2013-2016) Andrey #Karlov is no longer with us. On December 19, 2016, he fell victim to a terrorist attack aimed at undermining Russian-Turkish relations and the peace process in Syria.
Andrey Karlov devoted his entire life to the diplomatic service. For many years he was stationed in DPRK, contributed to resolving nuclear tension on the Korean peninsula. As the Head of the Russian diplomatic mission in Ankara, he promoted improving bilateral relations with Turkey.
Ambassador Karlov was attacked during the opening ceremony of a photo exhibition in Ankara. The verdict in the murder case was handed down in March 2021: some of the accused were sentenced to prison terms, while another five people faced life imprisonment.
💬 Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov: Ambassador Andrey Karlov was a comrade, a close friend and one of our top diplomats... Andrey died in the line of duty. We will forever keep our memories of him alive.

✍️ The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed an Executive Order on special economic measures in the fuel-and-energy sector in response to the price cap established on Russian oil and oil products by some foreign states.
⚠️ The Executive Order has established that in connection with the ban imposed by the United States, and other foreign countries that sided with them, on the transport of Russian oil and oil products and related services, which is applied if the price of Russian oil and oil products is above the limit established by said foreign states (price limit mechanism), Russia bans the sale of oil and oil products to foreign companies and individuals if the contracts on these sales include the use of this mechanism directly or indirectly. The established ban applies to all stages of sales up to and including the final buyer.
The ban on Russian oil sales established by the current Executive Order becomes valid on the day of its entry into force. Russian oil and oil product sales, that are banned by the Executive Order, may be carried out under a special decision of the President of the Russian Federation.

The year 2022 saw history-making events, such as the emergence of a new international reality, and became a turning point for Russia’s foreign policy.
👉 The recognition of the Donetsk & Lugansk People’s Republics, the start of the Special Military Operation in accordance with Article 51 of the UN Charter, the referendums held in the DPR & LPR and the liberated territories of the Zaporozhye & Kherson regions and their subsequent integration into Russia – these events will forever go down in the history of Russia.
They put an end to 30 years of Russia’s honest attempts to develop equitable relations with the collective West.
✍️ Russia & other like-minded countries adopted a political declaration in support of the inviolability of the UN Charter.
✍️ An overwhelming majority of states members of the UN GA approved the annual Russia-initiated resolution on combating the glorification of Nazism.
✍️ At Russia’s initiative, the Joint Statement of the Leaders of the 5 Nuclear-Weapon States on Preventing Nuclear War & Avoiding Arms Races was adopted in January 2022.
✅ International cooperation within the framework of the #EAEU, #SCO & #BRICS made rapid headway.
✅ Allied relations with Belarus continued to grow stronger.
✅ Several major initiatives have been implemented within the framework of the #CIS aimed at strengthening integration ties in all spheres of the organisation’s activities.
✅ The mechanisms of the #CSTO operated efficiently.
Russian diplomats have significantly stepped up efforts to achieve the peaceful settlement of international conflicts. Russia extensively supported stabilising the situation in Afghanistan. Russia's Head of State visited the Nevsky Pyatachok Memorial Military-Historical Complex in the Leningrad Region, where he laid flowers at the Landmark Stone monument. Later the President took part in a wreath-laying ceremony at the Motherland monument at the Piskaryovskoye Memorial Cemetery.
Later Vladimir Putin met with Great Patriotic War veterans, residents of besieged Leningrad and representatives of patriotic public associations at the State Memorial Museum of the Defence and Siege of Leningrad.

🇷🇺 Statement of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service:
⚡️ Sergey Naryshkin, Director of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service, said that his agency getting reliable reports that the Ukrainian armed forces have been using nuclear power stations to store arms and ammunition supplied by the West. This includes the most expensive and rare systems the Ukraine Armed Forces are receiving for the HIMARS MRLs and foreign air defence systems, as well as large-calibre artillery shells. Several train cars carrying the deadly cargo from abroad transited through Rafalovka station to the Rovno NPP in the last week of December 2022 alone.
The plan of the Kiev regime is clear. The Ukrainian Armed Forces command hides the ammunition in the rear, using nuclear reactors as their shields, just like when the Banderites shell cities in Donbass and other borderline Russian regions from behind the backs of innocent Ukrainian civilians. The idea is that the Russian Armed Forces would not target NPPs with their strikes, fearing a nuclear disaster. If the warehouses detonate or a nuclear power station is destroyed by yet another Ukrainian air defence missile after it veers off course, they can always blame Moscow for the tragedy. Kiev is confident that this would be the case, considering the tacit approval by the West of the Ukrainian artillery strikes against the Zaporozhye NPP.

However, instead of taking just a few civilians hostage, the Kiev regime uses tens or even hundreds of thousands of civilians in its own and neighbouring countries as hostages. It is our hope that it does not occur to anyone in Kiev to deliberately set off explosions at these warehouses with the expectation that this would enable them to get even more weapons and ammunition from the United States and its allies.

📑Посол России в Непале А.А.Новиков провел рабочую встречу с делегацией Мордовского государственного университета имени Н.Д.Огарева во главе с ректором Д.Е.Глушко. Руководитель российского ВУЗа рассказал, что в Мордовии в настоящий момент обучается более 600 студентов из Индии. Создаются индийский и китайский культурные центры. Имеются все необходимые условия для комфортного пребывания иностранцев. В том числе проводятся совместные празднования национальных фестивалей, таких как Дивали.
📚Д.Е. Глушко обратился к Посольству с просьбой о содействии в установлении контактов с ведущими учебными заведеннями образовательными организациями Непала. А.А.Новиков подчеркнул необходимость регулярных визитов в страну представителей российского гуманитарного сообщества для популяризации возможностей обучения в России и набора непальских студентов.
Стороны обсудили также широкий круг вопросов сотрудничества в области образования, в том числе - различные аспекты программ высшего образования, которые российский ВУЗ предлагает для непальских абитурнентов.
🤝Отметили, что гуманитарное взаимодействие играет важнейшую роль в установлении и поддержании дружеских связей между народами. Условились продолжать активное взаимодействие.
