🇷🇺 Президент России Владимир Путин подписал указ о нематериальном этнокультурном достоянии России. Для сохранения, изучения и популяризации обрядов и обычаев народной культуры будет вестись специальный реестр.
Парламентарии внесли эту инициативу в нижнюю палату в апреле. Документ реализует права народов на сохранение своей самобытности, права граждан на доступ к культурным ценностям и обязанность заботиться о сохранении наследия.

🇬🇧 Russian President Vladimir Putin signed an enactment on the intangible ethno-cultural heritage of Russia. A special list will be maintained to preserve, study and popularize the rites and customs of folk culture.
Parliamentarians introduced this initiative to the lower house in April. The document implements the rights of peoples to preserve their identity, the rights of citizens to access cultural values and the obligation to take care of the conservation of heritage.
