• The number of underage children, killed by Kiev-controlled military formations, continues to increase in Donbass and elsewhere. On this day, we also remember innocent victims from the Belgorod, Kursk, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, including those killed or wounded by militants of the Kiev regime.

• Unfortunately, it is impossible to bring back the deceased children and to provide closure for their parents and relatives. However, it is necessary to expose their murderers who will be severely punished. Russian investigative agencies will take care of this. The Armed Forces of Ukraine’s attempt to invade Russian territory a priori precludes any possibility of talks with this junta of bandits. Yet, they were trying to impose their propaganda on the international community all the same.

Zelensky cynically declared that Ukraine’s goal was to create a “buffer zone” in the Russian region. There was not a single Western journalist (US, UK, German, Italian, French, etc.), who would inquire, how one thing (the “buffer zone) hang with the other (the strengthening of the bargaining position). Obviously, Zelensky wanted these “appeals to the nation” to boost his plummeting popularity ratings, prove his legitimacy, and get even more Western funding. Of course, all these statements are mutually contradictory and the Kiev regime’s criminal scheme was doomed to a crushing defeat from the very beginning.

#NordStream pipelines

For almost two years, the German side has responded to all inquiries from the Russian competent authorities regarding the bombing of the Nord Streams with nothing more than empty excuses and formal replies. Not a single paper they sent us contains any facts.

It is not the first time that Berlin has tried to convince the public and the world diplomatic community that it is allegedly fulfilling all its bilateral obligations of an international nature. It is trying to “feed” the international community this unleashed bureaucratic red tape as proof of fulfilling its international legal obligations. This is a lie. They do not provide the Russian side with any facts they have on this investigation, although they are obliged to.

On September 3-6, the 9th Eastern Economic Forum (#EEF2024) will take place in Vladivostok . This forum was established by the President to promote the Far Eastern economy and to expand international cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region.

Over the years, the Forum has firmly established itself as a leading venue for addressing socioeconomic priorities in the Asia-Pacific region. The fact that the West refuses to recognise the terrorist and criminal nature of the Zelensky-led regime increases its direct responsibility for the bloody atrocities committed by Ukrainian neo-Nazis.

After receiving a standing ovation in the House of Commons of the Canadian Parliament in September 2023 (for those who may have forgotten, he was a member of the 14th Waffen-SS Grenadier Division Galicia), a request was made to the Canadian authorities to extradite the former SS member involved in the murder of at least 500 innocent Soviet civilians. They refused to extradite him. Canada has become a haven for such individuals.

Last week, thanks to the efforts of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation and the National Central Bureau of Interpol at the Russian Interior Ministry, the Ukrainian Nazi was added to the Interpol General Secretariat’s wanted list. The young Russians’ participation in a large-scale military memorial function in Slovakia reaffirms both countries’ commitment to their common historical values and the memory of their joint fight against Nazism and for Great Victory.

We are grateful to the Slovak leaders, the local authorities, and ordinary people for their caring attitude to the memorials and graves of Soviet soldiers, who died while liberating Slovakia during World War II.

#Ukraine

• We have never taken the “Zelensky formula” seriously and only marvelled that there are still people ready to buy it. Of course, this happens under the West’s pressure.

• But territories are neither here nor there. We just wanted the people, who are an inalienable part of the Russian world and the Russian culture, language, history, and religion, to be treated as human beings as required under international law, numerous conventions on human rights and minority rights, and primarily the UN Charter.

• No success will be achieved unless we get to the root of this problem. In this context, we appreciate the global security initiative announced by PRC President Xi Jinping, which says that it is necessary to start analysing any conflict from its prime causes.

• You should understand that it is not about the meeting location and participants, but about issues to be discussed. Meeting to talk about calls for a ceasefire and then territorial exchanges simply doesn’t cut it. Once again, the problem is not about territories but people’s rights.

As soon as we see the determination to protect human rights, a policy that the West always boasts about when addressing any issue (except this particular one), I am confident we will easily agree on the location and time of the meeting. But first we need to understand what exactly we are going to discuss.

• At today’s meeting with the Gulf Cooperation Council, we discussed this Eurasia-based organisation’s promising potential for promoting the continent-wide processes and contributing to what President Vladimir Putin referred to as the Greater Eurasian Partnership.

• We want the nations of the Eurasian continent – the largest, fastest-growing, and most resource-rich part of the world – to decide their fate on their own.

• Washington wants to preserve its monopoly over any processes in the Middle East. We know many cases when this position has resulted in failure. Today’s discussion with our colleagues from the Persian Gulf’s Arab countries has fully confirmed us in this belief.

• An immediate ceasefire is necessary. Meanwhile, it is important to remember that the problem stems from the fact that the Palestinian state issue has not been resolved for almost 80 years.

• BRICS has doubled its membership from five to ten. It has already received more than 30 applications requesting either membership or special relations. This process is the main driving force behind the formation of a multipolar world order.

#Lebanon

We are deeply concerned about the dangerous developments in the Republic of Lebanon. On September 19, the Israeli Air Force conducted a number of mass strikes in some districts in the south of Lebanon.

We express our solidarity with Lebanon and strongly condemn the terrorist acts of armed aggression committed against that country and its citizens, which have resulted in the deaths of civilians and the destruction of social infrastructure.

We have noted the Israeli statements about “a new phase in the military campaign with a refocusing on the northern area.” We believe that the beginning of a large-scale military operation in Lebanon would have devastating effects on security throughout the entire Middle East. Such a catastrophic scenario must be avoided.

We have noted recent reports by the Turkish and Syrian newspapers Aydinlik Gazetesi and Al-Watan on holding talks by Ukrainian emissaries with the terrorist organisation Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham regarding the recruitment of fighters in the Syrian province of Idlib for joint preparations for attacks on Russia.

According to reports received by the media from Syrian sources, 250 instructors from the Ukrainian Armed Forces have recently arrived in Idlib to train terrorists from the above organisation.

The Kiev regime has long been betting on terrorism, threatening the entire world with unpredictable and extremely dangerous consequences.

The pro-Western leadership of Moldova continues to instil aggressive Russophobia in the republic, persistently but unsuccessfully trying to convince ordinary Moldovans that our country is the source of all troubles and misfortunes.

We see that the residents of Moldova are sick and tired of the European integration experiments the current authorities have conducted on them. They are consolidating to oppose the interests and values that they are being forced to accept.

The United States and the Republic of Korea have been increasingly active militarily on the Korean Peninsula.

Washington, Seoul and Tokyo are creating a trilateral military cooperation system, hatching plans for regular trilateral inter-service drills. The defence ministers of the three countries hold meetings to prepare the ground for the “coalition’s” possible mobilisation and assignment of roles in a hypothetical conflict with the DPRK.

To justify their aggressive intentions, the West has invented “threats” allegedly posed by Russia and the DPRK.

Implementing the revanchist plans to change the status quo on the peninsula is provoking an uncontrolled escalation of military tensions. We hope that the United States and South Korea understand the risks involved in their continued attempts to foment military hysteria and settle the scores with the DPRK.

People who came to the temporary accommodation centre in Kursk told journalists about the first days of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ invasion of the Kursk Region, including the large number of civilian casualties.

• On October 7, 2023, Israeli citizens suffered a bloody terrorist attack, resulting in civilian casualties. It was followed by a chain of horrific, monstrous and bloody developments across the Middle East. Over the past year, dozens or even hundreds of people have died there.

• All this has been taking place against the backdrop of the unrelenting efforts by the West to add even more fuel to the fire in its determination to block any attempts to settle the conflict that is currently raging there through political and diplomatic means.

• Both the Ukrainian neo-Nazis and the foreign mercenaries have been hunting down civilians intentionally and knowingly. They clearly understood what they were doing and fully realised who their targets were. It did not matter for them if they targeted a child, a woman or an elderly person. These people are terrorists who are intent on killing civilians, which reveals the very essence of Zelensky’s regime.

❗️ These crimes lie on the Kiev clique’s conscience, if we suppose that it has one, and that of its Western masters. • Fifteen years ago, the authorities in the capital of Canada decided to erect a monument to the victims of Communism. There were plans to unveil it a year ago. However, the official ceremony was put off indefinitely following an international scandal with standing ovations for former Waffen SS member Hunka at the national parliament. They decided to sit it out, so as not to become involved in an even greater scandal.

• A new scandal around the odious monument once again highlights official Ottawa’s double standards and hypocrisy. By portraying Nazi criminals and their servants, who obtained political asylum after World War II en-masse in accordance with a simplified procedure, Canadian politicians are trying to portray them as “victims of Communism.”
