פאבל מיכאילוביץ' טרטיאקוב היה איש עסקים ואספן אמנות רוסי. אוספיו מהווים כיום את אוספי גלריית טרטיאקוב שבמוסקבה. טרטיאקוב החל לאסוף אמנות בשנת 1854 בהיותו בן 22. אוספיו כוללים את יצירות האמנות הידועות והטובות ביותר של האמנים בני תקופתו, אותן רכש בתערוכות שנערכו באותה עת, ובהן יצירות שהוצגו בתערוכות קבוצת "הנודדים". אוספו של טרטיאקוב כלל את האוספים המקיפים ביותר של יצירות האמנים וסילי פרוב, איוואן קראמסקוי, איליה רפין, וסילי סוריקוב, יצחק לויתן וולנטין סרוב.
